Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered a pizza and some cinnamon sticks, When the order was placed the total came to $33.99 with tax and delivery. After delivery, order was $47.23. I called the store at this location where I placed the order and was told multiple times that I am contacting the wrong location and did I mean to call McKinney as they could'nt find an order. then back tracked and advised they found the order which was ordered through a 3rd party so they referred me back to Uber. and were unwilling to assist. I called Uber and they advised that store location was responsible for charges and so round two on repeat. This is the second time that I have ordered Pizza from Jets and although the pizza is on point, the customer service I received was way less than subpar. They did'nt even attempt to understand my issue of being overcharged. I would never spend $47+ on lunch for myself (unless it was a special event or even included and adult beverage). UPDATE 12/30/2024* I came in again because of Ms. D and was disappointed to find that she no longer works there. I placed my order anyway but my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. No one used gloves while making my pizza and I saw the people making my food on their phones before touching all the toppings. So gross!!! Refused to give a refund!! Why would I eat a pizza that was handled improperly by not following sanitary protocols?! Idk what is going on here. I was rooting for this place but now idk…**

Stopped in tonight and was greeted by all the employees. Ms D assisted me and recommended the Detroit style pizza and it was so delicious and didn’t take long at all! Went for lunch 7/19/2024 The pizza, as per usual, was very good. However, the service was lacking. The 8 min estimate for two cheese pizza slices ballooned into 20 minutes, the shop was not really busy (my guess is that nothing was done in the ten minutes i was gone). That wasn't too bad, but the pizza sauce, the sauce you get with bread sticks -- was super cold, pulled out of fridge at the last minute and not warmed. It was not possible to dip hot pizza into cold sauce -- it makes no sense to serve it this way. I did not find out until i was seven miles away.
