JR's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Ordered from work for me and my co workers. They took about an hour to delivery 5 minutes away for 3 meals. Nachos pasta and a personal pizza. I had the fajita nachos and basically got soggy chips with beans and fajita. Really was dissapointed when I had to call about 4 times to speak to the manager but the lady kept saying no then clicking on me. Fanilly the person "in charge" answered I told him the food was bad theres literally no cheese. He responded with have u eaten here before? This is a mexican restaurant theres more beans then cheese in our nachos and of course there gonna be soggy since I had to get them delivered. He asked what do I want him to do about it? I said I am just lettiing you know as a heads up I don't need a refund or yall to owe me food. It was cheap so I guess I should of saw that as a red flag. I just Stated working for a new client and was very hungry and looking for a great place near my clients home that would deliver to her address. Read about how much people love there pizza and Mexican food. I called and order over the phone they were so helpful. I order a pizza with pepperoni and sausage and a diet coke. I asked the gentlemen I was talking to if I needed add extra cheese to it because with every other pizza place I do. He replied no we are not stingy with our cheese and oh boy was he right the pizza came hot fresh and was soooooo delicious. The cheese the crust the sauce I have never had pizza like this in Dallas. Everyone should try both there pizza which was so delicious and my delivery man says they wake early and start making there homemade Mexican food which iam planning to order for lunch for my client and I. While the pizza crust here leans slightly towards the thicker side, it led me to believe that perhaps they might not ferment their dough long enough to achieve that desired chewy and stretchy consistency we all cherish in pizza.
