This is the first Panda Express in my vegetarian existence from Tx to CA that has flatly and solidly turned me down from scooping the meat out of the entrees for me. I think they are right now feeling like for the price of their hourly wage, I insulted their dignity to even suggest such a request. I’ve seen it all now. I drove down the street to the Lancaster Panda Express and got the vegetarian option I’ve always gotten from every Panda Express. I think the workers at this Wheatland location are still shaken from such a horrible request as mine: (would it be okay if you scoop most the meat out) 🥺😱😨. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Gen Z man. Everything terrifies a Gen Z that’s in real life and not on social media. Oh no! Scooping the meat out. Hide!! Call the police ! Pictured below is the vegetarian meal I got from Lancaster less than 5 minutes after being turned down by this place- to all the vegetarians out there- fyi.

Good evening, Customers of Panda Express So I went to Panda Express to get me something on the keto side.. To my surprise, they know nothing about it. I asked the server to go ask the manager, Instead of the manager coming and talking with me, they had the server to tell me they had nothing for keto eaters. That tells me that they know nothing about their clientale, nor are the manager's compassionate enough to assist in this type of situation. But this is what I got for $17 two mediums.

As usual, I had a great meal at Panda Express. My only complaint is that they ran out of fried rice, but I wanted chow mein anyway so it was no biggy. I like eating here because I never go away hungry as the food is very filling and they give you generous portions. The only bummer is their meals do not include soda, which is stupid because soda is cheap and is usually included in fast food meals. But overall it's a solid place to grab grub.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Express and was fortunate to be served by an outstanding employee named Zulema. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her exceptional service and dedication. Zulema truly went above and beyond to make my visit a memorable one.

From the moment I walked in, Zulema greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. Her positive energy instantly made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. She took the time to patiently explain the menu options and helped me make delicious choices based on my preferences.

Zulema's efficiency and professionalism were truly remarkable. Despite a busy lunch hour, she handled the crowd with grace and maintained a high level of attentiveness. She consistently ensured that all the food stations were well-stocked and clean, guaranteeing a delightful dining environment.

What stood out the most about Zulema was her genuine passion for her job. She took pride in her work, and it was evident in the way she interacted with both customers and her colleagues. She went the extra mile to ensure that everyone's needs were met and that each customer left with a smile on their face.

Not only did Zulema provide excellent service, but she also displayed exceptional knowledge of the menu. She was able to provide detailed explanations of each dish, making it easier for me to make informed choices. Her recommendations were spot-on, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of the delicious meal she helped me create.

Zulema's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. She checked in on me multiple times during my meal to ensure everything was to my liking. It was evident that she genuinely cared about my dining experience and wanted to ensure that I left as a happy and satisfied customer.

In addition to her exemplary customer service skills, Zulema's enthusiasm and dedication made the entire dining experience more enjoyable. She exuded a positive attitude that was infectious and created a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

I highly recommend Panda Express, thanks in large part to Zulema's exceptional service. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for customers truly set her apart. Panda Express is fortunate to have such a remarkable employee on their team.

To Zulema: Thank you for making my visit to Panda Express an outstanding one. Your exemplary service and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. Keep up the fantastic work, and I have no doubt that you will continue to brighten the days of many more customers in the future.

Once again, thank you, Zulema, for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. You deserve all the praise and recognition for your exceptional service!

Sincerely, A...

Saturday, December 2 at 4pm. Server: Caren M. This employee was extremely rude. I ordered a kids meal, a bowl for my husband, and 2 egg rolls. We were dinning in. I had to ask for the cookie that comes with the kids meal because she didn't give it to us. I also had to ask for the sauce for the egg rolls because she didn't give us any. It's just a bad experience when I have to ask for the stuff that I am paying for just because she is not doing her job right. Her face and attitude said it all, she made me feel like as if I was begging for free stuff. She made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. In addition, it was two of us and she only gave me one fortune cookie. When I asked her if I could have another one for my husband she rolled her eyes and threw another one from far away in the tray without saying anything. This is what really ticked me off. She threw it like when you throw something to a dog. She was being very passive aggressive and was mad I was having to ask for what should have been included with our meals. I wouldn't have to ask her if she had done her job right. All this sounds so stupid, but it really bothered me that I was treated this way when I am a paying customer paying for food and service. It was extremely disrespectful and poor customer service. I shouldn't have to be treated this way for service I am paying for! In addition, I was upset because every time I visit this location I always give generous donations (not just $1) to all the different charities/organizations that you guys endorse. When I asked to speak to the manager about this she was also rude and standoffish and unapologetic. She lacked management skills. She was too busy cleaning tables and floors instead of overseeing her crew. The manager was a hispanic lady with braces. To tell you the truth I don't even think she was the manager. I think she was just put in charge for that day, I don't even think a manager was present. Carmen M. should not even be employed at this location if she is treating customers like this and throwing stuff at customers. It's just one of the worst forms of disrespect! It's a very poor representation of what your company should stand for. I would like to know how you as a company will make this right. This location is the nearest one to my house, so I feel like I don't even feel safe or comfortable visiting this location if she is going to continue to be employed there. Please contact me at your earliest convenience and make things right! Things like this should not be happing at any of...

Terrible customer service by Jenna. Being a general manager in the food industry I understand the hard time. And I understand difficult customers. I rarely eat out but my kids wanted this food. I ordered juice for a kids meal and instead of being told they didn’t have any by a very rude Jenna. She offers some bottled options, and says they have fountain drink. I ask again about the option on the menu labeled “juice” ... she repeats herself still not indicating they are out. I decline and say no just don’t add the drink she then proceeds to tell me it’s the same price I say ok, and go on to order my next meal. She says mam do you want lemonade relived I say great you guys have juice! Knowing lemonade is lemon juice, water and sugar. She says no mam we have lemonade and goes on and on, I say can I move to the next part of my order I don’t care it’s juice cool. I don’t care but after waiting 20 minutes in the Togo line I don’t want to go back and forth. We talked about that “juice” option they have on the menu for literally 5 minutes while I continue to tell her I don’t care any juice I can’t give my kid soda. She Also messed up my order since I changed the third item from a plate to a bowl she took the last order completely off. Getting the situation rectified was terrible , the entire experience was awful and at no point and time did a manager become present. We are all stressed, the industry and it’s customers. It’s not a good look to have insensitive employees during this time when stellar ones are...
