09/04/2021 Good help is hard to find ...is a understatement at this location in Dallas Texas 39779 LBJ Freeway, Dallas Texas 75237..As a small delivery business owner i was shocked at the level of disrespect and pour customer service that I received from the night shift ! Let me start by saying as I walked into this location like I usually do about this time 9:47 pm to place a order for my usual customer I was shocked to see how filthy the restaurant had become! And after telling the kid my order 5 times he still couldn't get it right. Order #309 host:Bonnie. Order chicken Quesadilla .I was told that they didn't have shredded cheese and no chips š...after I still placed this order I finally made it down the line after what felt like forever. Even though when I came inn it was only 4 people ahead of me. When I finally made it to the cash register it was a small sign that was some what hidden that said we do not have change.So I ask to speak to the manager and ask to be Compensated for my change that was going to my customer that was not mine to give away. I did That I can leaveAnd that I would not be getting theAnd that I would not be getting the correctAnd that I would not be getting the correct amount ofAnd that I would not be getting the correct amount of changeAnd that I would not be getting the correct amount of change backAnd that I would not be getting the correct amount of change back becauseAnd that I would not be getting the correct amount of change back because theyAnd that I would not be getting the correct amount of change back because they did notAnd that I would not be getting the correct amount of change back because they did not have itInot know that I was opening up a can of worms the manager as well as the workers all ganged up on me and told me that if I didn't like the service I could leave the manager as well as the workers all refused to give me the correct change back and refused to give me any additional items for taking my customer money with out his or my approval. The level of disrespect and pour customer service that I received from this location was shocking and I am definitely not happy with my order or my treatment from the manager and her staff. If this location can't appeal and work for this community or keep its stock up it should be shut down! I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office and I have my receipt and my customer have a copy as well!...

Employee NOT being careful with food I will start by saying this first. When the guy was making me and a friends bowl he seemingly had an attitude after i asked for some more rice. While he continued to make the bowls for the customers who were behind us he was reaching all over our bowls which just looked very unsanitary to us.
Attitudes and disrespect Secondly, the tall darkskin heavy set girl behind the register was rolling her eyes at me after asking were me and my friend paying together. As i was completing my transaction i tried to ask a question about their sauce but she cut me off saying have a good day then walked off. If i could rate her presence 0 stars i would.
WORM and insects in my food This has to be the worst and most disturbing part to tell. I got home ready to eat my food because i was so hungry. As im eating my food i notice my stomach is starting to hurt. I thought that maybe i was just eating to fast or that i ate too much so I decided to save the rest for later. The next day i heated up my chipotle and sat down to eat. I take a couple bites and as im stirring my food around i seen something tan and brownish curled up and as soon as that first thought came to my mind of what it could be i IMMEDIATELY SPIT ALL OF MY FOOD OUT!!! i satin disbelief for a couple minutes. I played with it back and forth to see if it was meat or an onion or something because it definitely wasn't rice. I tried to cut it in half to see if it was just food but it was rough to cut and it started swelling up and turning red in the middle. And just like the night before my stomach starting hurting again but i only took a couple of bites this time so who knows WHAT i ate. Will never be eating here again or even at any other chipotle.

Not mention the items I paid extra for like guacamole and extra chicken. They staff has no customer service skills. When I returned my food and explained that over 6 different ingredients were missing they said they can give me cheese and that's it. I asked if I could at least get refund for the items I paid extra that are out of stock and asked why I wasn't informed when I did my pick that they were out so my ticket could be adjusted on the spot. The "supervisor" said that they don't do in store refund. And that I wasn't charged for the sour cream, cheese, etc. I pulled up my order, and said but I was charged almost $9 for the guacamole and extra chicken, which I didn't receive either. The "supervisor" just didn't care and gave me a number to call so I could my refund. When I asked if I could something in writing that explained that these items were out of stock so, I could call customers service for my refund. She said, just want to return the whole thing. I said, yes if that's possible, but you just said that you can't do in-store refund. She aggressive took my bag and refunded the entire order. I am just, you literally just said you couldn't do that, but you still did. It was just baffling to me how little care and empathy they have for...
