Wings World - Wheatland — Restaurant in Dallas

When I was introduced to this place first two visits was great all around. But on today I was attempting to call in a order a young man answered the phone he as if he can place me on hold I replied Sure! So a young lady came back to the phone and began to take my order. While trying to place my order I began to tell her I will like a 6 piece lemon pepper she sad what else I said with season fries she said what else. Now at the point lady please let me finish placing my order.So I began to complete my order I asked may I have all flats. She stated it will be a charge I replied I know she replied well I'm just letting you know. I was silent for a second she said what is your name for the order so I told her and hung up. This lady had the nerves to call my phone number and began to tell me. I was trying to see if I had your order right and she said I hung up in her face. She told me I'm not about to argue with me behind no wings lady you called my phone number back so you wanted to argue. So I just clicked and went to Golden Chick and will never return to Wings World on...

I highly suggest going somewhere else. I eat wings regularly and this has to be one of the worst I’ve ever gotten if not the worse. To start off the customer service is TERRIBLE. The man working today at 3:30 pm was extremely unfriendly. Clearly racist towards white people so DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE WHITE. The place is dirty and has sketchy people hanging around The food quality is garbage. I was told it would be 15 minutes and it ended up being almost a half hour and there was only one other order. The wings came out almost inedible. Half of them are way too dry and crunchy to even eat. The sauces taste dirty and old. Mild Buffalo and original hot. You’re supposed to be a wing place and your sauce tastes like dirt?

I’m beyond disappointed with this experience. Me and my crew of ten guys will find another wing place to go to for the next couple weeks. On top of everything I ordered the wings naked and he charged me to have the sauce cups on the side. Will never be going back here and I hope you all don’t waste your money at this joke of...

I inadvertently ordered from this location via a third party delivery app and realized I ordered the wrong flavor and while placing the call to (another location)..I discovered what went wrong. I placed a call here and the young lady that took the call—was a little distracted and couldn’t describe the wing flavors (@ all)! lol but, she rolled with me as I attempted to pull out the right combination.

I’m glad that I ordered here! The wings were fried hard, fresh and good. I ordered fries and they were also still hot at delivery drop off! I definitely appreciated that!

Only complaints: a few wings were on the tiny side and some of the wings didn’t get mixed in sauce. I don’t mind paying for extra$$ sauce but I’d like the wings properly sauced not always just adding extra sauce.

I’d DEF try them again….& I hope that this review remains true. Note: wing combos don’t come with ranch, or veggies. Also, may need to find a way to add condiments… if ordering from a food delivery app because they don’t include any condiments, napkins...
