If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped at this location on my way home on Friday April 28, 23 at 8:40 pm and went to the drive thru. I ordered the tiny tacos, small curly fry and small Hi C Punch no ice. Needless to say the fries were ice cold, so I handed them to the drive thru guy Rafael he then took the fries as if he was getting some new ones made. Mind you he was the cashier and also collecting the money. He took the fries that I given him and dumped them in the fryer to get them hot. Then he proceeded to bring them to the window without a bag or anything. However, he did not know that I was watching his every move. I told him that I saw you dump my fries back into the fryer and I want fresh ones. Rafael then tells me that is what they do if an individual want fresh fry's no sir. He asked me to give them back to him so he will get me some new ones, I said no sir I will hand them back once I get the fresh ones and he said come on I promise I will throw them in the trash this time and which I refused he instantly got an attitude. Here is the kicker he then had the woman that was on duty with him bring them to the window. I asked for the manager and she said I am the assistant manager Helen. I asked her why was he allowed to do that and she said that is what we do. My ticket number is drive thru order number 125. I have tried calling corporate all morning and no answer. I don't know what your kitchen score is but there is definitely a problem...
Read more1st, I to explain the 1 star for food and the 5 star for the service... It's for the young guy at the register...Yesterday 10/25 was the 1st time I've ever been to JB. I went to the lone located near Methodist hospital- Charlton. I'm not sure if that's Dallas or Duncanville. I'm new to TX, so many things that are in TX aren't in the NE(North East). Anyway, it was 7:20a.m. No cars in front or behind me. I ordered the Supreme meal that consisted of 2 meat, egg, cheese, and hash w/ drink (oj). I made one of those mistakes where you give them benefit and not check. Got to work.. half empty crescent, just the meat. Where's my egg and cheese?? Here's my issue, the drive thru was completely empty, so how could they even make that mistake??? You’re not busy guys, it's empty... Confusing... I went back after work (4pm) and a young guy working on both registers (front and drive-thru) was pleasant and answered questions I had about their menu. Kudos to him and thank you. Then I was asked to pull around to the front so they could bring it out to me because I ordered egg rolls and they said that they were waiting on them to finish cooking. They didn't even give me my receipt (conveniently). I'm surprised that they even got my order correct but they did, although my food was barely warm when the person (not sure if it was a man or woman) brought it out to me. I won't be going back to this location ever again. I'm not even sure why I still go to Jack in the Box anyways. Their food just isn't what it used to be. I remember getting an Ultimate Cheeseburger "back in the day" and it would come out hot, juicy, dripping with melted cheese, and wrapped up in those neat foil wrappers.
