If I could give negative stars, I would. I came into Mas Chingon hoping for a vibe, some good tacos, maybe a little reggaetón in the background… instead, I got Jasmin—who I can only assume was having a competition with herself to see how many customers she could ignore in one night. First of all, I sat for 15 minutes watching Jasmin laugh and flirt with some guys at the bar like she was auditioning for a low-budget reality show instead of, you know, working. When I finally flagged her down, she rolled her eyes like I was interrupting her spa day. Ma’am, I’m trying to order queso, not ruin your love life. The energy? Off. The attitude? Loud. The service? Nonexistent. I’ve had better hospitality from a vending machine. And when the food did finally come out, half of it was cold—and Jasmin just shrugged like “Oh well.” No apology. No fix. Just walked off mid-sentence like a Netflix character whose contract expired. She had the nerve to drop the check with a fake smile like she just gave us a five-star experience. Girl, if you’re gonna serve attitude instead of appetizers, at least make it entertaining. To the management: I don’t know if Jasmin is your niece, your girlfriend, or your hostage—but y’all need to have a serious conversation about what “customer service” actually means. I came here to unwind. I left with indigestion and trust...

First Timer Review

Keep in mind that this restaurant just opened in this month

The time it takes to sit you down is pretty short on slower days but I’m assuming that on busy days is probably long.

Before we left we went to the bathroom and it was 4 of us, a female security guard came in and started rushing us out the bathroom and we weren’t there for not even 4 minutes. If you like to be rushed out the bathroom then go here.

SERVICE: It took about 10 minutes to even get someone to take our order, yet other people were getting serviced. The time it took to get someone to help us was long and it seemed that there was miscommunication between the staff, that is one star right there for me.

FOOD: We ordered the guacamole and chips, as you can see on the picture the portion was ridiculously small for $15!!! Like are you kidding me? It was gone in a few bites. That is definitely a disappointment. That is another star, however The Al pastor sushi was actually really good! I highly recommend it!!

ATMOSPHERE: Servers are girls on sexy lingerie, so if you’re okay with that then try it out for yourself. The music was perfect!! All reggaeton so if you like that you’ll...

So I visited this restaurant on 7/17/2025. It was previously Blue cenote so I already kind of knew the layout. Anywho the decor is beautiful as hell. I ordered the Palma and it was good and I could taste the liquor. I also got the strawberry margarita and that’s was my favorite and it was only $6. I order the porkskins and guacamole, the chips and 3 dips appetizer and it was delicious. I then ordered the elote chicken wings with fries, jicama and cucumber. Them wings was so damn nasty and funky😂😂😂 I informed my waitress and she did offer to switch entrees or pick another flavor of wings so we got the caliente that’s like buffalo wings and we were satisfied because they were actually pretty damn good. My waitress was extremely nice and checked on us often, the busboy did come by and pick up empty glasses and plates and kept our tables wiped down. I love good customer service. Might I add the music wasn’t so loud to the point you couldn’t hear the person next to you talk. It was just right. We will absolutely be...

Yobani was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolute Gem of a Bar! I stumbled upon this place and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was perfect — cozy, welcoming, and just the right amount of lively. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and made some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. Seriously, the drinks were chef’s kiss — creative, balanced, and served with style. The music was on point (not too loud, but enough to give the place energy), and the crowd was chill and fun. Whether you’re out for a casual night or celebrating something special, this place hits the mark. Bonus points for the clean restrooms and the super cool lighting/decor — you can tell they’ve put thought into every detail. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend! ⸻ Let me know if you’d like to tailor it to a specific kind of bar (e.g. speakeasy, dive bar, rooftop, etc.) or include food, live music, etc.
