Maestro Coffee — Restaurant in Dallas

My first experience was amazing. It was pre-opening so they did not have all the items they were basically demoing different things so the first shift that was there who is no longer there. He was amazing. I’ll actually will miss him. He made a buffalo chicken sandwich with some of the best fries I’ve ever had on this planet. I was sad to find out that he wasn’t there anymore. However, on a good note, the experience was amazing. They allowed me to order something that wasn’t really on the menu yet. I’m not really big on Buffalo chicken so for me to like something that I normally don’t like says a lot I live directly across the street from it so it’s a two minute walk Pastries are really good and I’m excited to try the other lunch items and breakfast items and more because the shop does say breakfast lunch and more so I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer their pesto sauce that they had with the fries was amazing. Can’t wait to see everything else they have on the menu soon. I may stop by today and get some fries. Lol. But we do need a good coffee shop that that’s walking distance I took a picture of my first meal from there, the buffalo chicken sandwich with the fries

Not much of a coffee drinker, but I do want to see what other drinks they will have to offer soon. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is nice and this is a great addition to the plaza with the donut shop and the liberty burger and uncle Julio‘s and also the gas station that has mostly Mexican food And pancakes and stuff so we got a little bit of everything in our little subdivision area

Very clean and chill vibes in the cafe, didn’t catch the barista’s name but he was incredibly friendly and helpful! If you’re indecisive and enjoy flavored lattes, definitely give the carrot cake latte a try! They make the sauce in house, it’s not overly sweet, and the carrot flavor comes through which is a huge plus!

It’s also one of the few coffee shops I’ve seen where their online ordering specifies what goes in the drink and how many shots of espresso go in each size.

Very personable, very professional, and just a pleasure to visit. I wish we would have had more time to stop and enjoy the place. Our breakfast pistachio pesto croissant was just delightful and went wondefully with my latte. A regular whole milk latte, but just done perfectly as was my wife's flat white. We thought we'd try a new place but instead found a new usual place! Keep up...
