I ordered 2 items in the black friday sale only this morning 5.oclock am English time my money was refunded to to me telling me that the items were out of stock. If had not insisted on what had happened to my order I would be still waiting. I really wanted the items for a special occasion they have left me in a situation where I need to go searching again. They did not even offer a alternative this company's business ethics are appalling they have had my money for nearly months only to tell me they could not supply the goods. Anyone know of any reputable company with the same kind of clothing please drop a note. It has been from the 1st of December and not once I I used no threatening language if I had not contacted you I still would be waiting more to the point your customer service is a lot to be desired if your not at fault you would not be so quick to refund my money.
I decided to give this black establishment another try with her clothes. I spent ÂŁ149 in December 2020 I ordered 4 items two which are not custom made off the rack she calls them and the other two are custom made I made it clear in the email I need the items for April. In March I emailed the company asking them where are my garments I had no reply at the end of April I received a email stating that a two of the items had been dispatched this was the 26 March I received them in April. The actual garment I wanted was not in the packaging I called the shop spoke to a lady who was very helpful but couldn't help me. I then sent numerous emails no one ever replied. I called the shop spoke to another assistant who deeply apologised for the inconvenience she sent me a code with 15% of my next order She told me that I would not receive the rest of my order for the time I wanted it. I even offered to pay FedEx to get them to me on time. Not realizing that they never had the garments made clearly if they were made it wouldn't of been a problem to send them out. The lady Erica did say they would be ready for posting the following Tuesday and I would receive a email. I never received a email I called back they refused to answer the phone. By this time I was really frustrated I told them I would be seeking legal action. May 22nd I received a refund from Pink Lucy no explanation no sorry nothing. I've waited 5 months for 2 custom made items and nothing This Tiffany woman thinks it's ok to take people's money for as long as she likes and send it back to them when she feels like I paid ÂŁ35 international cost for shipping that I never received. Pink Lucy has not made no changes to their time of making garments Infact nothing has changed. Miss Tiffany told me the last time I was rude What was it this time ?? I think I gave you more than enough time to produce the clothing. You garments are beautiful but your business ethics leaves a lot to be desired. The first order was placed on July 1 and the other on July 6. I have still not received or heard anything about the order placed on July 1, but I did receive my order that was placed on the 6th. When I received my package, that arrived THE DAY BEFORE the party, I was disappointed to find out it was not even what I had ordered. I ordered and paid for an ALL sequin skirt, and only received a cheap-looking, poorly made, HALF sequin skirt, with threads popping and bunched up elastic waist band. When I contacted the owner, she took fault for not communicating she had only enough fabric to cover a front panel. She offered to assist with styling the skirt (I can style myself), but missed the complete point of me being unhappy and unsatisfied because I was not expecting something I did not pay for. I was only offered a partial refund as a resolution, despite her inability to make what I actually ordered because she was out of fabric. She was totally inconsiderate and acted as though she did me a favor, by sending me SOMETHING to wear to the party, regardless of it not being what I paid for and it not fitting the cocktail attire I set for my party. Her lack of communication and disregard for customer service, forced me to go out and spend more of my money on something else to wear, the day of my event. When looking up reviews on her, after all this had taken place, I see she has done the same thing to several others (check Yelp, BBB). I also shared my review On my social media, only to have others respond about how they never received their items or refund, or how they've experienced Tiffany's nasty attitude and terrible customer service. Once I left my review on her fb page, she disabled her reviews. Any quality business owner cares about customer feedback, regardless of it being good or bad, because they want to perfect their product. She has to be stopped!    Read moreI placed an order for the "Layers" necklace on April 20th. 2020 during a 50% off promotion being held on the website. This necklace was originally advertised at $72, I ordered at $36 plus shipping from her Dallas, TX showroom to my home about 20 minutes away in Lewisville, TX. I received an emailed titled "Ready to Ship" on May 18th with no other information but her advertisements. I attempted to do a chat on the Pinklucy.com site to get the status of my order but was told to enter my email address and someone would get back with me. Finally June 1, 2020 came and I still received no reply and no shipping information in regard to the May 18th email. I sent an email requesting a refund since my product must not be in stock seeing as how I had not received it. I received a reply on June 1 stating that the the product is in stock and the order would be going out on June 2nd, 2020. I did receive the tracking number on June 2nd. I also received the product in the mail June 6th, 2020...the pictures attached is what I paid $45.47 for and also a picture of what I received. This necklace has nowhere as many layers as the one pictured, nor does it the size as what's pictured, also the gold on one of the broken chains are a completely different color of gold than the rest of the necklace......also not as what is pictured on her advertisement. I also received a "No refunds" slip in my packaging as well. I don't mind a policy for no refunds, but when there is false advertising involved, not only is that poor business and poor professionalism but it is also disrespectful and an insult to me and my hard earned money that I earn Monday - Friday at my 9-5. I am not sure what of what the result will be of this report, but one thing is for sure....I wish Ms. TIffany better company ethics, service and professionalism with her future purchases with businesses she purchases from than the insult she has been to me.
