RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: - Mille Fleurs never delivered to the location or time we had originally agreed on. I had to call them two hours after the time of agreement to see what happened because they just did not show up and they did not try to contact me. During the call they told me they forgot to deliver the flowers, so I had no choice but to provide a new address. Again...they just did not show up to the original location of agreement. I had NO CHOICE but to give a new address. So let's be clear - the arrangement was not delivered as specified as you state in your response. Please just take full responsibility for not showing up to the time and location we had originally agreed upon, that is on the email receipt of my purchase. FIRST REVIEW: Attended a funeral and decided to go with Mille Fleurs as to support a local florist. Unfortunately the service they provided was not good. They never delivered the flowers to the funeral! I had to call THEM right after the funeral to see what happened. Eventually I just gave them a new address. The flower arrangement was very small and unimpressive for the price. And when I got the original confirmation email with my order, the message I had asked for to accompany the flowers had quite a few typos in it. Almost as if a child had written it. So I had to email them back with corrections. Overall I expected seamless service but they ended up being extra work for me during an already stressful time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend. Extra star because the people on the phone seemed...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Mille Fleurs. I ordered a floral arrangement to celebrate my mother’s retirement after 50+ years of hard work. I was clear when I called, stating repeatedly that I wanted something big and statement-making to match the significance of such a long career. I even doubled the typical website price range, spending around $190 to ensure it would be special.
What was delivered fell FAR short of expectations. The arrangement was incredibly underwhelming. Instead of putting the value into the quantity or fullness of flowers, they used a $25 vase (which likely cost them much less) and included a few premium blooms, but overall, it looked more like a $60 arrangement than something close to $200.
When I called to share my disappointment, the owner didn’t offer an apology. Instead, they defended the bouquet’s value and insisted it was worth more than what I paid. Honestly, take a look for yourself — does that look like a $160 arrangement to you?
This was a meaningful occasion and I feel extremely let down and taken advantage of. I would not recommend Mille Fleurs if you're expecting to get value for your money or thoughtful customer service.
I should have read the other reviews more closely, it seems that they have a history of customer...
Read moreI placed this order for a child receiving her first ever flower delivery. It was sent from her dad because he is away for work on her birthday. The flowers were delivered with no notification they were on the way. The driver left the flowers outdoors in the middle of a soaking wet doormat due to the rainstorm the night before. One of the balloons was broken and the other two were deflated. I called the floral shop to let them know all this. The person handling the call asked me why I was upset. She said it wasn’t the shop’s problem the doormat was soaking wet. She made sure to go in depth that I had placed a $65.00 order - not a $95.00 order because the taxes and delivery didn’t need to be considered part of this. I still spent the $95 and change with a base price of $65.00. I would expect white glove service from any florist at any price. Aren’t they in the business of delivering happy? Being the shop is 3 miles door to door, I would have thought they would have offered to at the very least bring new balloons and knock on the door with a refreshed arrangement. Obviously, since I’m taking the time to place a review, I got no assistance. There are plenty of floral shops to order from. When you consider ordering from this place, consider your many...
