McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

I went to McDonalds to grab a quick bite for my kids on the way home at midnight. Ordered two McDoubles and two large ice waters. Half way down Northwest Highway my daughter tells me her burger is raw. I ask if she wants to go back or just take them home and microwave them for a few mintues to finish cooking them she says lets go home I'm tired. We get to our house about 15 mins south of Dallas, I look at the burgers and they are not a little pink but RED RAW. I was a night manager at a McDonalds for several years while attending college, I know their procedures. This store is not adhering to McDonalds procedures or the state health departments. I put the burgers in the microwave to complete the cooking process (little do people know that hamburger meat has e-coli and is deadly if eaten raw) once the cooking process is done she bites into the burger and says I thought you ordered McDoubles, dont they have two patties... I said yes, she pulls off the top bun and there are only one patty on each burger. Granted it was late, but if you are going to advertise being 24 hours then you need to provide the same service at midnight as you do at lunch time. I will be contacting the store manager tomorrow, as they did NOT answer my calls when I called this evening and I will follow up with a call to McDonalds corporation as well as the Dallas county health department. Who knows how many people they have infected and what kind of foodborne illnesses are about to be caused from tonights poor service. They dont even deserve one star... and the water from the soda machine which is filtered tasted like dirt as well, so this tells me they dont even clean their drink fountains regularly, we were supposed to clean them...

Oh yes,hi McDonald's is a very,very great resturants and nice,clean sharp,employees staff work together as a team professionalism,behavior control the staff have,and being sharp with the orders,and makeing sure they haveing the right orders,and doing all their responsibilities and endependent and smile to customer's,customer,and makeing sure the customer's have the right change and keeping up with all the orders and all trash being tooked out,the maintenance keeping the grease clean at least twice a week the employees always doing a great awsome Amazon job.and the floor being clean and the ground outside the resturants and nice great juicey delicious smelling food and especially the coffee always being fresh and clean and the fountain drinks kepted clean and bathrooms being kept clean always all the time and the lobby kepted clean and behinde the counter kept clean and the machines being operating utilizing being clean at the end of the night and the detail work for inspection from the employees geting it all done working for McDonald's resturants business to pass if it's a inspection.or not.being responsible and endependent and being at work on time not being late windows kepted up being very very clean and sharp and the staff stay focus on the job.and always smile to the customer's,customer. Great behavior self control of disaplant and helping out others when needed and always geting the work done.i thank you and you all have...

Time and time again I try to give this place a chance but it's always disappointing. Besides a nice lady who works the cash register a lot of mornings in the drive-thru, pretty much everyone else there is rude and incompetent. Breakfast all-day has been advertised a lot but if you want anything but a mcmuffin type sandwhich, you're out of luck. A sausage biscuit at 11:30am is not possible? So I ordered one and they told me I'm going to have to pull over to the side. I politely say no thank you and they all gather at the window and start talking trash to me. I don't really feel the term fast food is applicable when you have to wait 20 minutes from start to finish. There wasn't even a car behind me at the time!

Oh but then I try to get 2 double cheeseburgers last night and I'm sitting behind only 2 other cars for 15 minutes. I ask the lady at the window "why does it take so long and why didn't you have them pull aside so I can get my tiny little order without waiting forever?" She won't even reply to me just tells me she has other customers waiting while she looks at me smirking because she's not even going to answer my question. I can't get an answer to my question so I take off.

I don't have so many problems at other locations, but this one is complete trash. Will never get any business...
