Everything about mcdonald's now a days is just ridiculously low quality not worth it and over priced. Aside from that this location the last time 10 plus times i have wlaked in i only end up trunin around and walking out before I ever order. no one speaks English over half the time but that has more to do with the way this country is being ran or was but that's not about this entirely. No one does the job right. No one has the prices right and too many mishaps with too many things that seem suspicious..what exactly anything. Mcdonald's has very low quality processed food and then they overcharge for the crap and then want to also raise the pay for employees to like 12 or plus dollars for those who can't do some of the most simple stuff. And I have worked this industry and have seen all kinds of crap. Mcdonald's till yall stop paying dysfunctional individuals who cant do the job at all the ridiculous amounts you pay these dysfunctional uneducated people and untill yall make ya food better again and lower the prices of this heavily processed stuff cause this is not food if ya think about it. Till mcdonald's does all that at all locations. I will never be back. If you take you family to mcdonald's you have below sub par standards and should reset you standards and have some more care for you family than to go to a mcdonald's. It really isnt what folks should consume...yrs ago, over 2 decades ago maybe.. but not anymore. Mcdonald's yall as a company name have just destroyed what used to be god and or worth it and or acceptable. It seems mcdonald's like so many in this world have become lazy effortless and have completely lost sight of what fast food is and meant to be. If ya choose to est at mcdonald's it says a whole lot about a person and their standards or their concerns to having quality in their life. Once sowmone told me i should lower my standards. And i said why? i respect my life and body & mind and if others want to show distain for themselves and life thats on them... but i hold high standards for my life mind and body as much as i can. And it comin to the point that with places like this... i as poor as i am... i would rather go with no food to not put myself into a disrespectful or other negative in some way position. We had our grandson over this weekend Saturday morning I asked him what would you like to eat breakfast he said McDonald's so we decided to go to McDonald's on Midway Road I asked him what would he like to eat he said pancakes and sausage and that's what I ordered for him. He really did enjoy that. Also I went in the Drive-Thru they had a line so long you would think you at a concert. I was very satisfied for the way the young lady asked me if I needed anything else and also she had a beautiful smile on her face. So I decided for lunch I was going to get him a Happy Meal he love nuggets and I did I went to another McDonald's so the rest of the day I asked him what would he like to do cuz I wanted him to have a wonderful weekend with his grandparents. We love the relationship as a grandparents it's a wonderful how much closeness and bonding with one another. I always be truthful when I tell my experience at different place that I visit. I have built a relationship with different people visiting different stores that I spend our money. As a shopper that I do I think it's very important that we let people know what's going on in stores that we go to each and every day of Our Lives so people can be aware of what's going on and we work together like team players. McDonald's is also a well-known company and they take pride in their franchise and they make sure they take care of their customers. I have also experienced with a terrific manager and McDonald's I don't know the store number but I know where she work in Farmers Branch McDonald's she went out of her way one time to make sure that I was satisfied they kind of messed my order up but she corrected I was very pleased the way she handled it. You can't go wrong at McDonald's especially with the Happy Meals for the kiddos. Good prices, good food, good service, good atmosphere, cleanest good customer service, the temperature of the food, I pretty much summed it up right good company McDonald's thank you so much made someone feel the same way about it as much as I do. Read moreWhere do I begin? On March 11th at 10:38 p.m. I went into the drive-thru was pretty packed so I thought they were just busy. As I sit there and I waited I noticed that people weren't really moving finally one car moved in the next one pulled up that person set their for exactly 10 minutes. Now mind you there's two lanes so some people start getting into the second lane see if it might go faster. Once again people set their no response no orders were taken I didn't know at that time until I got to the window. As I got there I saw a person in the second drive-thru lane so I assume that it will be my turn. I set there approximately 17 minutes I kept saying hello is anyone there. No response so finally I drove up to the first window no one was there drove up to the second window in a corner I saw this little piece of white paper stating that there were closed due to some maintenance issues. I saw people standing inside the restaurant laughing giggling act like they didn't see anyone. All it would have took them was to say on the speaker I do apologize but we're closed due to technical difficulties but they did not say anything at all. This type of behavior will cause anyone to have their rating to fall. Being the person that I am also been in a customer service field I happily parked my car. Walked to each car that was in waiting and explain to them there's a note on the window saying that they're closed for inconvenience there are people inside where they're not going to answer you I do apologize if you have to wait as long as I did but I just wanted to notify you. I went to a total of 11 different cars. This was poor unacceptable you treat your customers like you do not value them nor do you care about giving proper customer service. I will be calling Management in the morning and to explain exactly what I saw.
