McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

So i normally try not to give bad reviews but this place was Abnormally ridiculous.

I stopped and ordered a coffee on curbside. It's the same order I get whenever I stop. Literally a coffee with creamer and sugar.

I was on the phone while I waited and realized my conversation was going on for 15 minutes and my order still hasn't come out which is weird because there's not really any other customers.

I go in the store and the have my order sitting in the pickup area with the curbside sticker on it.

I asked the guy how long it's been ready because it was ordered curbside and it was black and there was no creamer or sugar. He just said it's been there a while and kept standing there holding the wall in place.

Told him I didn't get the stuff with my coffee and he just said OK and kept standing there.

I took the black coffee and tossed it out because it was cold and the guy wouldn't give me the extras for it.

Literally the worst service ever and the employees are...

So we go to McDonald's WAY TO MUCH!!!! But we went to this one last night and we had 5 cheeseburger bundles all with coke one without ice. That's it. They asked what dipping sauce we said hot mustard and honey mustard and ketchup for the fries. 4 apple pies (OH WHICH MAKES ME REMEMBER HOLIDAY PIES ARE GONE :(.........) So we got 3 complete bundles. Missing 1 fries 2 nuggets 3 pies. All on the ticket but had to get out of the car and go inside considering how busy they were in the drivethrough. Tool 15 minutes to fix food by then the rest of it we got on time was cold so by the time we got it all home and then realized for 25 nuggets we had 1 hot mustard 1 honey mustard and a handful of ketchup and no straws to drink from and not one napkin. The employees were not very personal. Not that I wouldn't ever go here before but definitely doesn't hold up to...

Absolutely rude employees! Service was so bad! I work in the service industry and treat everyone in a professional way, the man taking my order actually didn't even finish his sentences so I was left to figure it out on my own...any questions I asked her just ignored..and then said so what you want? Really?! What I want??!! No way! I asked for fish, not knowing they had a minimal menu at night..then he said, no fish, no chicken, no Salad, no wraps, no icecream, and no something else but I couldn't make it out..so I repeated what he said and he then said again yeah so what u want? Ok this is just sad..sorry mcdonalds but you have left me entirely dissatisfied and disappointed and I actually have stocks with you! Wow! Why? This place needs all new training & to make their employees speak properly...
