VERY GHETTO STORE. Incredibly rude staff. Juvenile acting, very ignorant employees. Store Management with no control over staff. Even the store security was ghetto. It was my second time in the store in my entire life. The first time was six or seven months ago. I stopped to order a bite to eat and brought in my laptop to check emails, etc. I stopped at around 7:45 p.m. My food came around 8:00 p.m. I finished eating around 8:35 p.m. The security guard (I didn't know who she was at first but her behavior was extremely off-putting as she glowered at me, stood by a pole and peeped around at me with one eye showing and then went to her seat in the corner and continued to turn around and stare at me with a frown on her face). I just pretty much ignored her. I didn't know who she was and simply thought she was a female with an issue. She was severely overweight, built like a linebacker, and I just thought she had a female issue with me as some women tend to have with other women. Unknown to me she was clocking the time I ate and about 5 minutes after I finished my sandwich she walked up to me shaking some keys in her hand and her exact words to me were 'GET OUT'. My mouth dropped. I said 'Excuse me?'She then said 'Ma'am you have finished eating. You can't stay in here all day." WTH!? I had only been in the store 30 minutes. So at this time I walked over to the supervisor. I told her what the security guard (named C. McClellan) had stated and she seemed confused by it all. She said that the store closed at 9 p.m. But she never made an effort to correct the security guard. During this time as I was speaking to the manager the security guard walks up and begins screaming at me that I was suppose to eat and 'GET OUT!'. This was my second time at the store in over 6 months. I had never seen any of these people before and had spent almost $10.00 on my meal. I could not believe the way I was treated. As the security guard continued to scream and yell at me in front of other customers the shift manager and staff found all of this funny. So I asked the shift manager for her managers name. She said she didn't know it. I asked for the franchisee owner's information and she said she didn't know that as well. I then asked for the corporate office number. She said she didn't know that either. Unbelievable!!! I asked why did she not know any of this information and her answer to me was 'She's new and from Arkansas'. So at this point I went back to the table and began getting my things and I asked the security guard what company was she contracted through and she suddenly drops her head and begin begin scratching the back of it and simply walked off as if she didn't hear me. She then walked into the restroom. During this entire time the employees were loudly laughing and shouting as if they were enjoying all of this. One of the employees ran up to me and said "Ma'am, She talks to everyone rude like that. Even us". So sad. So I mentioned to the worker that the security guard had ignored me when I asked for her companies name and I guess was hiding in the restroom. Unbeknownst to me this McDonald's employee then ran screaming into the restroom "SHE SAID YOU HIDING FROM HER BECAUSE SHE ASKED FOR YOUR COMPANY'S NAME!!". This caused the security guard to go ballistic and she flies out the restroom, all 450 pounds of her running as fast as she could (about the pace of molasses left outside on a cold winters day) and out of breath after taking 3 steps she starts screaming that I was creating a disturbance' and to 'GET OUOOUTTT!!!!' and then she called 911. Keep in mind she never would tell me what company she worked for. The shift manager also wouldn't tell me any information that would allow me to escalate a complaint. As I was walking out the restaurant one of the male employees shouted 'You'd bettuh get oudda hare!! She calling the laws!!' and I left. It was like I was in a Stephen King Horror Flick or something....
Read moreLook, I know this is the summer and kids are out of school and need something to do but They need to shut this place down. They have children working there and managers that don't properly train their middle/high school employees. I went there last night and they acted like they didn't want to serve their customers. First there was a sign on the order box stating to place your order at the window. Then when you get there to place your order there's children playing while you're giving your order. It seemed as though they really didn't want to serve. They were listening to someone in the back making remarks. So they were just laughing away. I placed my order. But forgot to tell them no pickles and to put mayo on my burger. I flagged one of the kids down. I told her I forgot to add mayo on the burger and before I got to the no pickle part she left the window and closed it while I was talking. Wow..I noticed when she went back there she came towards the front laughing. So I flagged her down and told her that if it's a problem to put mayo on my burger then don't worry about it. She said "Naw they doin it". When I finally got my order and drove off. I had my son to check to see if everything was there. He showed me a couple of the burgers and they were sloppy. One Burger had ketchup and mustard on top of the bun. And when I got home the whole damn order was stale and sloppy on purpose. They gave me burgers that had been sitting up for the whole day maybe two. The fries were so stale. So I tried to call them back. They would not answer the phone. I've tried again this morning and someone answered. I asked for a manager. She said "how can I help you". I asked are you the manager she said again very rudely "How can I help you" So I said can I have your name. She then said "ma'am what is this regarding". She too was very rude and young. There's a bunch of rude kids running this place. I'm hoping it's not on weekdays too. Weekends are a mess. Shut it...
Read moreSincerely this is the worst restaurant i ever been , sometimes i ask my self why the owner have to hired these type of people that they don’t want to work, I went for 3 coffees and actually took like 20 minutes to get my coffees all because the cashier was so slow , and listening the other customer that it was having a complain about there food , mean while the line was getting big and all waiting to order , in May of this year I went by drive thru to order a simple cheeseburger with only meat, cheese and mayo and a small fries ,but it’s seems that u don’t get what u order , u get what they want to give u ... I checked my order and my burger was wrong it has pickles mustard and cheese, I told them this burger is wrong , all I want is a cheeseburger with only mayo ,they took burger back it looks that they wipe the mustard and put mayo and they give it to me back , I check the burger and it has , mustard , mayo , pickles and cheese, so I tell them again , y’all don’t speak English, or which language y’all speak, I say I want a cheeseburger with cheese, meat , and mayooooo... there was a American African lady which I think she’s maybe the assistant manager or the manager , I told her what I want , she took the burger back and she roll her eye on me , well she came back and she give me the burger again wrong they put on my burger only cheese and meat , I tell they I want mayo , they actually get on my nerves and So i just left , these people are rude , slow and they don’t appreciate they job , they are getting pay cause we as a customers we go and buy and they get paid !!! Definitely I will not go buy anymore at this restaurant they don’t deserve my money these employees I hope the owner do better job hiring good...
