I went in today and received the worst customer service I received in probably a long time. I'm going in there were two ladies working at the counter neither of which looked up from what they were doing even though I continuously said it should be mad at someone working here one of them then maybe five minutes into me standing there beside she was going to the back and then goes and has a chat with several of her other employees at which point I didn't get a little miffed and I said is there someone I can speak to I'm just trying to get some ice cream another lady comes and tells me that there was those ladies at the front didn't speak English but that doesn't make me feel any better because they could have said Memento or they could have called out to another employee who does speak English so that I can have been helped but instead they did nothing and then the manager comes and she does nothing she doesn't say sorry she doesn't say I will take care of this nor does she even thanked me for still choosing to spend my money. it was blatantly offensive on all fronts as someone who considers customer service to be a Paramount of standard that's how you will be able to judge your establishment after I've been standing there an inordinate amount of time to Hispanic ladies walk in and those same two women who were unwilling and not able to help they became employees of the month you know speaking and come conversing with these two ladies about how they can help them blatantly offensive my money spends just like theirs.

and I will be honest the treats that I did try cuz I ended up getting a double scooped waffle cone which came to $3 and some change and I was going to use my card in the lady says we have to have a $5 minimum with all of the stuff that's going on me not being ignored and barely could get service couldn't you wave that $5 or more for card use this time. I mean the whole situation from top to bottom just left a bad taste in my mouth the with for the exception of the ice cream which was delicious. I had a wonderfully cooked waffle cone with a scoop of cookies and cream and then a homemade some Mexican candy that has like some some cherry and some other stuff covered in chocolate it was that candy in ice cream form. to die...

Totalmente decepcionada,lleve a mis niños a agarrar nieve y al principio todo estaba bien asta q la persona q nos estaba atendiendo comenzó a hablar y a reírse muy cerca de los botes de nieve mientras nos servía nuestra nieve.Ella hablaba y se reía con otra persona q estaba haciendo preparación de frutas detrás de ella,todo esto lo hacían sin usar una mascarilla.Al darme cuenta de todo esto decidí ya no agarrar mis ultimas ordenes y mejor decidí pagar lo q mis niños ya tenían en mano y a la hora de pagar la cajera me estaba cobrando menos de la cantidad q era , al darme cuenta yo honestamente le dije q me estaba cobrando menos pero salió peor por q ellas muy descaradamente me robaron,con la excusa q el sistema era lo q marcaba q porque según ellas en cualquier tienda t hacen un cargo por cada transacción q hagas con tu tarjeta y eso es totalmente falso porque no en todas las tiendas hacen eso, eso depende de la tienda.Me molesto mucho todo lo q paso en esos momentos y pedí hablar con la encargada y ridículamente la encargada empezó hablarme en inglés cuando yo le estaba hablando en español cómo si ella quisiera intimidarme pensando q yo no le iba a entender y yo seguí hablando en español y ella todo me lo contestaba en inglés porque todo lo q yo le decía ella lo entendía claramente y enzima de todo ya se estaba molestando y le pregunté su nombre y no me lo quería dar así q mejor le dije q quería hablar con la persona más arriba de ella y esa supuesta persona según era la dueña y cuando le expliqué todo me salió con los mismos chorros q ellas no podían hacer nada q era el sistema y cosas así de ridículas y también cuando le comenté q porque hablaban y reían cerca de los productos q están expuestos sin usar mascarillas y me salió diciendo q ahí nadie usa mascarillas porque ya no hay ninguna ley q obligue a usarlas y estoy totalmente de acuerdo q cada quien es libre de usar o no mascarillas pero también como seres humanos debemos ser conscientes y también debemos usar el sentido común q no puedes exponer a los demás, independientemente del COVID. Tan solo por el hecho de lo q se conoce cómo HIGIENE deberían ser más cuidadosos y no hacer ese tipo de acciones tan desagradables.

I recently bought a large quantity of prepackaged items for a really high price and found out that all of it was really old and / or handled improperly.

I bought a box with dozens of chocolate cookies. and it seemed as if this box was left out in the sun for a while.

A box of Kinder cakes was a month away from expiring, and tasted as such.

The obleas Sevillanas that I bought here were also old and dried out. The dry part of the wafer - which is supposed to hold up - crumbled into little pieces just from opening the package.

I used to think this was a great place to buy Mexican candy or treats because of their variety, but I'm not...
