Let’s start with the fact that we had a reservation and watched the hostess seat two other groups before us as the full group was there and ready. Our waitress came over with high energy until it was time to do her job. My friend asked for napkins and lemons. She ultimately had to make this request 4 times before actually receiving it. We waited at minimum 15 minutes to place our order and over an hour for our food. I never received one of my items (French toast) just cold bacon and cold eggs. The 3 ladies next to us waited even longer. The food was cold and not good. I asked for juice three times. The final time I just said can you at least give me some water. Our drinks were never refilled once! The waitress was dancing and flirting and did not take accountability when we asked questions about her complete and utter disregard for our requests. We were told 50% would be taken from her bill as we continued to wait for our bill which we came prepared to pay so that wasn’t an incentive. They made sure to leave our final impression of them as they are. Tasteless, ghetto, unprofessional, rude and with no drops of class. The hostess comes to our table and while my two friends still are asked that we close our tab and leave because the next reservation was there. We waited over an hour to eat, never received refills, watched our waitress dance as we waited, didn’t receive everything and finally be asked to leave while still eating due to the kitchen being backed up as the waitress told us. I went to this place when it first opened. The food was good and the wait was long but customer service was superb and it was a much better experience. I will NEVER return to this place and highly disappointed that a business conducts themselves and runs a restaurant in this manner. If you are extremely patient and forgiving go ahead and go. I really try to support BOB, which is why we chose this spot for Sunday brunch.

Let’s start with what worked for us:

-Our server, Maddy was amazing. She was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu.

-We made reservations about two days in advance and once we arrived, we were seated almost immediately.

-The food, what we did have, was hot and tasty.

-The music was being streamed was a good mix and it was at a good volume that allowed us to still be able to have conversation without yelling at each other.

Now let’s speak on what did not work for us:

-The portion was child sized, but the bill was adult sized. My husband ordered shrimp and grits and he literally had about 3/4 cup of grits and 4 medium sized (at best) shrimp. The chicken and waffles were two “smallish” sized waffles and a small chicken breast. Our bill was $90.

-The space is small, which wouldn’t have been a problem except they allowed people who were waiting to be seated to congregate and loiter inside. We were seated next to the stage and there were people sitting on the edge of the stage and at least twice, they bumped into our table. 👎🏽

-There were only two servers. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but two servers for Sunday brunch.

-Our reservation was at 12:30, and we were informed halfway through our meal that there is live entertainment that should begin at 1pm. Our server went on to inform us that if we were there when the live entertainment started, there would be a $10/per person charge added to our bill.

-We had to ask for utensils

-There were no table side condiments. We were given small to-go cup or syrup

-Our drinks were served in thin, flimsy, cheap plastic cups. If you squeezed the cup too tight, the drink spilled.

Overall, it was an okay experience. If given the opportunity to go back, I’d probably pass. But with some tweaks, this place...

On 09/28/2025 I visited this place for the first time I heard the food was amazing. My experience yesterday was terrible. I don’t know if this was opening day and they were just trying out a whole new staff, but it was terrible service. I made reservations for 2 PM. Waited in line to get to check-in finally was able to get someone’s attention and let them know I had reservations. They proceeded to seat people that were coming in after me and my party which it was just two of us. I had to repeatedly keep standing up to let them know. Hey, I’m here still waiting for a table. Finally get seated outside on the patio. We sat at the table for over 40minutes With no server acknowledging us, bringing us water anything no service for 40 minutes. We were finally sent a server who was sweet and was trying to make the best of the The situation. He takes our drink orders. He takes our food orders. It takes over another 30 minutes for us to receive a drink. We received all our drinks that we didn’t order before we received food and at this time it’s about 4 o'clock. The server actually forgot to put our order in which made our wait even longer. We finally get our food and of course it’s cold. My waffle was not cooked all the way and tasted Like nothing but flour and it wasn’t what I ordered at all the server claim they were out of things and never came back and told me so he just Brought me a waffle and some chicken on his own. There was also a lot of confusion on who the manager was who the owner was nobody wanted to state what position they played at the restaurant strangest thing. We finally spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, but never stated his name and he said that he would remake the food and we just decided to get up and walk out.
