This store deserves 0 starts !!!! One of the WORST experience at Pizza Hut I have ever had starting with customer service I order online I have a confirmation number let the “shift Manager” (devonte)or (dontey) he did not want to give me his name when i ask for it he hung up my call so I called back to let him know my pizza was never delivered I have been waiting outside for this delivery man never showed up when I asked who he give the pizza he delivered to he said he dint remember but continue to say how this was the last order he dropped of ..I asked to speak to the branch Manager and he again hung up my call .. when I called back he said he spoke to the Branch Manager and was told he can credit for Pizza Hut or remake the pizza I let him know I been waiting for 2hrs for this pizza I need my money back he said “can’t do that you just have 2 options” will never order from this Pizza Hut again and the shift manager was very unprofessional !!!!! I am extremely unhappy with the customer service at store #036009. I was staying at the Hilton at Lincoln Centre for a conference with my family on Saturday June 1st. It was 7:20pm when we decided to order pizza so I called to order and spoke with an individual who was very hard to understand (which later I found out was the hotline). An hour later, I called the store. The individual on the phone said his driver was en route and repeated an address that I have no idea where he got it from. I told him that wasn’t the address or my name (my name is Erika and he said “Wanda”). He explained the hotline probably gave them the wrong address/ name. I gave him the correct address and he called his driver. About 30 minutes later the driver calls me saying he can’t find us. I tell him it’s the Hilton and it’s 2 streets down from them! 30 minutes later he arrived with cold pizza and pasta coming out of the box. No one answered the store that night or all today! 2 hours for my order! Called the number on the receipt like 20 times, either leaves you on hold, goes to hotline...

Ordered a 3 topping pie and breadsticks as a carry out. The food was raw inside on both items. The pizza was flimsy and the toppings slid off. The pizza shouldn’t be “center loaded” and have 3-4 inches of crust showing on each piece. The breadsticks had little to no seasoning. Think Gordon Ramsey’s kitchen nightmares. Maybe it’s because I’m from nyc, but making a pie just cannot be this difficult. This is the second pizza hut I’ve tried in a few weeks and I’m pretty much done trying to give them a chance. You charge $2 more then your direct competitor for the exact same item (large 3 topping) and you simply cannot figure out how to stop serving undercooked food. I’d recommend you stop pulling the food out of the oven a few minutes early to speed up your process. The oven is set at a specific speed through the oven to cook the food thoroughly and not have these issues come up.
