Pollo Regio — Restaurant in Dallas

I went tonight to have my dinner at this location. I have always got my discount here. I told the cashier even before he pushed total and before purchase that I am a military veteran and proceeded to show my credentials. The cashier's name was Anderson. He was not listening and thought I was joking. After he gave me the receipt I said where my military discount. He said I thought you were playing and joking. I told him why I would joke about that. He said there was nothing he could do. Then they grabbed the manager on duty and her name was Marilyn B. He tried to tell her that I did not show him my id. I told him I did.  And I even noticed that he got a part of my order wrong. And that my partner asked for #4 not 4 piece chicken. He tried to tell Anderson this and he cocked an attitude and was disrespectful to him. My husband told Marilyn the situation and that it wasn't right to be treated this way. I am appalled by the incident that occurred. I didn't even get an apology from the cashier who made the mistake to the manager on duty. The food is good but their service and customer service is horrible!!! I placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready at a certain time. I was on my lunch break so I really needed it to be ready when it was supposed to be. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order and the girl that was bagging my food was taking her time and talking to another worker. I said excuse me to get her attention and she didnt acknowledge me and i said it again then she looked at me and i told her that was my food and she rudely told not to snap my fingers at her and i needed to wait for my food like everyone else. First off i didnt snap my fingers and secondly if my order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago why do i need to stand there any longer if my food was bagged and ready. She bagged it up and sat it to the side after i had already told her i was there to pick up an online order.. Needless to say i was 10 min clocking back in from lunch. I will NOT be going to that location again. Their workers do not know how to talk...

Service is terrible the managers their seem to not care about their customers they are always playing take to long to come up front take an order or I can just come in and take a glare at the menu the manager with the ponytail not sure his name he is very inpatient he was huffing while waiting for my order taping I felt like he was rushing me to decide what to order I asked the girl upfront I was like is he always inpatient she said yes he is but that’s because he is always busy!! This location never has baked potato food is always cold or not well done as asked to . Salsa bar always dirty and never restocked hardly has any ice on the soda machine theirs never chips prepped take about 30 mins to put some and let me tell you they just put a lil bit so if you weren’t lucky you get the crumbs. Restrooms are somewhat cleaned.
