Rick's Old Fashioned Burgers — Restaurant in Dallas

I called to make a order at 11:30, and told them it would be picked up around 12. Upon receiving the order I stated my name and they handed me my order. When I got back to work, I realized the order was totally wrong. When I called to inform them, Julia (the person who took my order and handed it to me) said she repeated my name and the order twice. This was not true. She then told me to take the food back but I couldn't because I was already at work. She then said "well bring the receipt and food tomorrow" she did not give me a receipt at all, and I told her that she responded "how convenient" at this point I was over the situation and told her I wanted to speak with the manager and she told me, the manager was unavailable. So I was there yesterday around 12 for lunch. There was a your girl working the register a girl at the grill and a bigger girl working as a manager I think. The bigger girl kept yelling at the younger girl at the register. She was very rude to her she almost broke out in tears. I feel sorry for her. The cook was busy and when she accidentally over cooked a cfs she got yelled at. I personally didn't feel that was professional. They took 45 to get my food. Fries were cold and gross. Everything was great and fresh. me my mom and aunt ordered the weekly special combo for me, the old-fashioned cheeseburger for my mom and the loaded chili cheese fries for my aunt and toddler cousin to share.

The special (pictured) I had was a burger with BBQ sauce and “the works” (veggie toppings) and was great. Fries don’t come salty but they give plenty of salt pepper and ketchup for you to place yourself. Homemade ranch with the chili cheese fries is pretty remarkable.
