So, at first, I didn't know what to say. I was a little bit upset with the one Olive and one tomato in my salad. My server was named Mr Diamond. He took $3 off my bill because I'm looking at this as an actual homemade salad and not something where the owner is going to be cheap about it and just add one tomato and one olive. 🤣 He did explain to me the situation where a lot of people don't like a lot of olives and tomatoes in their salad. So I was happy when the actual slice of pizza came out, which is pretty good and reminds me of a New York Pizza. And the baked manicotta was good. I actually had ordered chocolate homemade cheesecake it wasn't bad at all. Maybe with some hot cocoa or coffee would have made it better. I believe the cheesecakes are homemade. It's not too bad of experience. I'm not really sure if I'm going to be back, but I'm glad I had to stop in and check it out

Used to come here all the time when I was little with my family, so I cam finally for the 1st in 8+ years and I was so confused why the parking lot was empty. Now I know why!!! and to my surprise EVERYTHING ON THE MENU IS OVERPRICED! Wow and they charged me $27 for a small 3-topping pizza! With bad customer service as well. Every employee was on their phone and computer too. There is literally nothing good to say about this place. And on top of everything my pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. I could get food poisoning from this and it blows my mind how they are still opened. I will say I feel robbed of $27. I'm actually going to VITTO'S PIZZA & GRILL IN GARLAND. I knew should've gone with my favorite italian place, but I was in the area. If you guys want a REAL BANG FOR YOUR BUCK then I recommend Vitto's in Garland, Texas!

My husband and I have been coming here for generations. His son, nephew, and nieces are 3rd generation to dine here. We hope they bring their kids to dine here on a regular as well. This is the most authentic Italian food you will ever eat in the dfw area. They are very consistent with their food. You can never go wrong with this place. This is definitely a hidden gem. Their wings are the most crispiest wings in the dfw. Everything is so flavorful . We always order more than what we can eat because everything is just that good ! We normally order the chicken parmigiana, chicken Alfredo breaded or grilled, wings, cheese bread, pepperoni and black olive pizza, Stromboli, and spaghetti with meatballs. That’s our regular order but everything else on the menu we have tried is delicious as well

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! I ordered a large pizza over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the order, there was a girl on the phone and another guy reading the newspaper. The guy who makes the pizzas told him there was a customer but he continued reading his newspaper. I stood there for five minutes and the pizza maker finally asked me what I ordered because he could see the younger guy reading the newspaper was not going to budge. Well...lo and behold the order was taken down wrong so I had to wait for another pizza to be made. I am sure the same idiot that was reading the newspaper and not helping customers at the counter was the same individual who took my order and got it wrong. He asked me four times what I wanted on my pizza. I finally asked him if he was having problems understanding my English and why he kept asking me over and over. This is when he got really rude. I called him out on not helping the customers while he read his newspaper and told him he was the rude one. He held up his newspaper and told me he was still reading the paper. Completely disrespectful. He called me an a**hole to the other girl at the counter.

That is the absolute LAST time I ever spend another dime in this restaurant. They have been in the neighborhood for years and over the past couple of years the level of service has gone to hell. I will share this experience with every single person I know. After all, we all know word of mouth can be the best or worst kind of advertisement.

Enter at your own risk and be prepared for the worst service you will...

My family and I have been frequenting this business for the past 5 years, primarily at the old location. However, after this last visit, at the new location, I'm sad to say that we'll not be returning. After paying for our pizza and taking a seat, we waited for over 40 minutes for a single extra large pizza and when we brought this up to the owner, he informed us they forgot the ticket and they could start making the pizza, which we appreciated, but we had waited long enough and decided to take our money back and leave, with a proof of purchase.

This is where the main issues began, the owner became extremely offended and began insulting us when they couldn't send the money back to the card. After the owner (Sal) and his employee struggled with the tablet at the register for 10 minutes, we, again, asked if we could just have proof that we weren't charged unnecessarily, the owner aggressively snapped back with "I'm not trying to take your money, I have A LOT of money!"

This is the first time I've been accused of theft in any restaurant and it was humiliating. We immediately left at his response as we didn't want to argue with the owner. As we left, we spoke with the manager of the shared space food court and voiced our displeasure.

The tone from the owner was extremely unprofessional and wouldn't be acceptable for anyone, let alone the person in charge. It's a shame because we've loved their food for years but we're going to have to seriously reconsider visiting again because of the...

Used to love going here, but recently the mood of the staff and the quality of the food has gone down dramatically. I quit doing pick up orders because the staff is so rude and dismissive. The young woman who works there acts like she's being forced to be there. The guys are no better. They have no customer service skills. So I've been getting delivery instead of dealing with their attitudes. On my recent delivery order my pizza was good, but all the Supreme ingredients were concentrated in the center, leaving the outside bare with just cheese. Reminded me of pizza you get in the mall where they scrimp on toppings. My cesar salad was the worst. It came with a very beat down slim dry chicken breast, iceberg (not romaine) lettuce that was wilted, a thin slice of old tomato, and was missing all the other ingredients. Even though the ingredients are clearly printed on the receipt. The caprese salad had old basil spinkled on it. This constant bad service and unappetizing food has me looking elsewhere. I'm glad a new Italian Restaurant opened close by. I'm definitely switching my business elsewhere. Sad because I've been going to Sal's for...
