Stayed here due to my company reserving the space for myself For a for an extended stay. While I stayed here, I had a lot of issues. First, the check-in is a nightmare. You do have to go by the front desk, present your ID and your credit card. Won’t let you do it on the app. I asked Rafael Garcia to bill me on a weekly basis, but he refused. He is the general manager at this particular location, but the way he handles people is rude, tacky and disrespectful. His business practices were very poor and unprofessional. Mr. Garcia gets into a very argumentative mode and does not honor simple requests from hotel guests. There were several issues while I stayed here. First, I stayed here expecting to get my room cleaned. Even after three days, housekeeping never came into my room to clean the room. They do not honor the do not disturb signs either (beware) They don’t honor housekeeping cleaning requests. One weekend I left to come back and the front desk Lady said” oh I thought you checked out” and I said no. When I went to my room, it still wasn’t cleaned however, someone had been in there. When I finally did get my room clean and had been over a week. Getting hand towels was a chore too. The place itself is situated in a busy part of town, where a lot of homeless people place their camps. When I stayed here, they were migrating to other places around the hotel, but were still visible. They come to the outdoor furniture and make themselves very comfortable. While I was smoking on the outdoor furniture, homeless people came up to me and ask me for a cigarette. They will sit and stare until they get what they want. When I told the staff they did nothing about it. The homeless people continue to come on a daily basis. After I left, my company had told me the Home2 Suites Hilton Lovefield medical district located on 4866 Harry Hines Blvd in Dallas, Texas had charged an additional fees of thousands of dollars. While I did not stay at this hotel to rack up thousands of dollars the company confirmed they tried to bill me for it. This was the basis of trying to get Mr. Garcia to bill me on a weekly versus a monthly basis. To me these actions are unjust, unethical and morally incorrect. This hotel is an absolute disaster. They offer a regular stay and an extended stay. if you’re planning on an extended stay at this location, you need to think carefully. My company and I will not be staying at this location anytime in the future. After your trip look at all your receipts. The management at this location Is very rude and morally...

Update: this hotel particularly tries to remove bad reviews. We had a friend stay at this particular hotel they experienced horrible service too. Shame on Home2 Hilton.

My family and I stayed at Home2 Suites Hilton Lovefield hotel for a week. We decided to invite our friends and we occupied the lower floor of the hotel to chat and discuss life. This is an area with lounge chairs , tables etc. is considered their lobby. This particular Hilton hotel does not have a pool table, any kid friendly activities or any functionality to their lobby. Gigi approached me and told me to move my chair. I approached Gigi at the front desk, immediately Gigi started arguing with me telling us we’re loud, etc . First of all, it’s the lobby. It Is where people are supposed to sit?! Am I correct? It’s a place to have a conversation. Obviously, we were not told we couldn’t hold conversations or get together with a 10 person group. Gigi made a big deal when I approached her at the front desk. She was very Unprofessional, defensive, and RUDE!! QUITE OBVIOUS YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB GIGI!!! The next day, one of the members of our group asked for towels and Gigi was forcing us to go get our used towels so we can get new towels! Give us a break!! Lastly, when we left, we were happy not to see Gigi. Being a quaint, small hotel, it was difficult to get daily housekeeping or towels without being forced to bring in your old towels! Carrying them all the way downstairs to turn them in to show Gigi is beyond stupid, ridiculous and demeaning. Lastly, they did have a nice kitchenette in the hotel room. Sadly, the rooms are so thin you can hear everything next to you. It is not a hotel where you can stay over a day or be forced to be micromanaged by unpleasant staff like Gigi. It is near other restaurants and grocery stores, but would be very careful being on foot due to the large homeless population in the parking lot and feet away from...

The pros 7/11 right next door so you can get snacks. Hospitals and airports near by Looks new and looks well appointed inside

The issues: Like this is either a brand new or just remodeled hotel and clearly done with the lowest bidder and lack of correct oversight performed.

Issues found in room; 1 wall of shower surround is cracked with visible deflection. Previous fix of just call clearly had been done. But now se real new cracks have formed likely due to moisture swelling and mold behind the surround. 2 shower pan was not properly supported and is cracked around drain this will lead to more moisture inclusion

The door. It latches.... But the catch on the frame side is so far out of alignment that the deadbolt literally cannot be thrown. Your only recourse is one of those door locks from Amazon or to pile your luggage against the door.

4 the grounds. Poorly manicured and sure, it looked like construction was recent, but the lack of parking lines in the parking lot did not bode well for parking. the front door that claims to be locked at all times being widely unlocked

5 Sound deadening you can hear guests on the floors above you flushing toilets and walking around. Whilst some level of noise is terable you should have better sound deadening between floors in a new construction.

As some will mention. Dallas has a homeless community for which there is a few tent encampments in the area however we did not get solicited for money and the truck was left alone so it's not that big of a deal that they exist in the area /not...
