What in the world is in THESE PLATES!!!! I am beyond delicate due to a massive injury but wow the food was gentle on my belly and it nothing I can say lightly You ARE NOW my new FAVE AMIGO!!! The sauce on the spaghetti can actually reveal tomatoes !!! The bread is soft and FRESH AND DELICIOUS Did I mentioned Iā€™m hard to please!? For $11 I expect 2 -3 meatballs. Oh no my friend here gives you 5-6 w plenty of sauce too. As a mom that cooks almost daily I can honestly tell you this is a spot for GETTI Itā€™s perfect portion, salt wise is on the spot - not salty at all Due to my injury I eat very little so this easily gives me 2 portions but is 1 for everyone else. I donā€™t know if thereā€™s an option for cheese on top but wow. Pardon the photo as I had already dug in and just kept going while I write this review. Come visit and let him know the crew at STARKEYS share the recommendation w ya !! Stay safe and SHOP LOCAL my friends.

Iā€™m sure (I mean, I would at least hope) that this was a mistake, as the other food we had was descent. But Iā€™m really hoping my partner and I donā€™t end up sick from this. One bite was taken and was immediately spit out. Please fix this before someone else has this experience

Large pizza was not cut well so had trouble getting a slice. Fairly small for the price. $15. Tried it out to see if it would replace my monthly wingstop/patron visit. Sadly it will not. Pizza had some kind of flour aftertaste that I did not enjoy. I recommend to make some changes to price and flavor if you want to get more customers in.

Ordered a pizza online and when the order was delivered it was not what I ordered . Called and spoke with the manager Jose regarding making my pizza over and he stated that he made the mistake.. And that I would have to wait until I order again for it to be fixed.. I asked him to remake the pizza and he hung up on me and now he doesn't want to answer the phone.. Jose is truly disrespectful and has poor class.. You are the one that messed up my order.. Palio's happens to be one of my favorite pizza place but I will never order from the Downtown Dallas location again.. If I could give this place negative stars I would.. You just don't treat...

Ordered a pizza online delivery not knowing I was going thru a third party. Pizza never showed, so I went up the street to check and the owner got upset and told me to call door dash. Refused to give me a refund then said he would remake the pizza then said he wasnā€™t making it again.I was telling the guy just refund me the delivery and thatā€™s fine but , I noticed he did not understand or even try to, I guess do to cultural differences but I was shocked for him to respond that way immediately.But never tried the pizza (never will)and had to get a refund thru the third party. Too many options to deal...
