First time eating here, and it's now my favorite breakfast place. Its bright and cheerful decor makes a meal so enjoyable. We got a seat by one of the windows and ordered coffee as we were seated by the friendly staff. It was hard to decide on what to order, but my husband chose the Country Breakfast (eggs, smoky bacon, hash browns and toast) while I opted for the Very Berry Crepes. On the table, was real half'n half and real butter (whipped and not)! Warm maple syrup was also provided and icy glasses of water. The fruit - blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries in and on my crepes were so fresh! The sunny-side up eggs were perfect, non-greasy hashbrowns were crispy, and flavorful, smoky bacon were all nice and hot. Did I say this is now my favorite place?!!!

We enjoyed our breakfast here. One of the best things was the fresh squeezed orange juice. They just opened a week ago. The staff is learning as they go but they’re doing a great job based on my experience here. Very personable and quick service. My only reason for not giving 5 full stars is that my banana Nutella crepes didn’t have anywhere near enough Nutella to justify costing $12. It tasted good but I’ll have to get a skillet next time. On the other hand my mother in law and husband were both very satisfied with their food. Also I appreciated how comfortable the seating was. I have fibromyalgia and the seating places usually causes me pain. But I didn’t have problems in the booth I sat in.

Went for an early lunch. Boyfriend ordered the club and asked if cheese came on it, he was told yes, but it was served without. I ordered the chicken avocado panini with side salad. I was three bites in before I had to check to see if there was chicken on it. There were two small, very thin pieces of chicken. You couldn’t even taste it, there was so little. My salad had wrinkled tomatoes on it, which I didn’t eat. We had coffee and tea, but feel like we were overall over charged. They don’t give you a receipt so I have no idea what we were charged for, and the bill was $36, but when I added up the items when we got home, it came to $28. Won’t be back. Wasn’t worth the expense

Two weeks ago I visited this place and my experience in this place has been the most horrible in service, food and attention and I was there with my 4-year-old son, I ordered a waffle without white cream on top, with blueberries, the waitress as always and as I had already been there 3 times because you know their service, they took the order wrong and when they brought me my order it was wrong and my son started crying this was like I said the previous times, so to calm my son I had to say something so that will calm down, even with this horrible experience I told myself I'll go again maybe, I'm the one who is exaggerating, on May 29 I returned there with my son and two more friends, this time they didn't take the order wrong, BUT the service, food and attention were Just as bad as before but this time I took the name of another waitress who served my table (ELIZABETH :( ) omg! What a disgusting, arrogant and poorly educated lady, she had a face like she was telling me (I don't like you and I don't want to serve you) omg and this time I was with my son again and two more children! like wow! without a doubt my fourth and LAST VISIT IN THIS PLACE. I will go to seagoville location why? Because that same day I met ERICA, she didn't give me her LAST NAME but WOW!! WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL, WONDERFUL AND IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE HAS, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT HER LOCATION AND SHE WAS CLEANING THE BATHROOMS!!!!, she was that one who ask me if everything was ok, if the service was ok, and say thanks to me, INCREDIBLE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE VALUE OF A CUSTOMER AND THE VALUE OF RESPONSIBILITY IN YOUR JOB AND FOR YOURSELF BOSSES. What a wonderful PERSON ERICA IS that SHE EVEN HAD TO CALL THE WAITRESS TO THANKS ME not because the waitress wanted to but for politeness and service, which the waitress didn't do before, the MANAGER HAD TO ASK HER!!!! TO DO IT IN FRONT OF ME! Poor woman, the waitress (Elizabeth is undoubtedly there only for the payment) Anyway, I asked the Manager Erica for her location and FOR BEING SUCH A HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND AN IMPORTANT PIECE FOR THIS RESTAURANT I WILL GO TO HER LOCATION FROM NOW ON. Remember places are not bad, people do it that way and there are no bad managers, they themselves set a good example for their employees to follow or they don't set one at all. God bless...

So unfortunate that we never hit the chance to eat there for the first visit. It was Mother’s Day when we went there. We were told the wait was 15 minutes so we waited. 15 minutes turned into 30 minutes when my husband went to the host stand & was told it would be another 15 minutes. We went there with our small children who were starting to get very restless as they were starving. My husband went up again and was told it would be another 15 minutes. It was terrible watching small children act up because they were hungry. The hostesses must have been inexperienced as they could not confirm a definitive waiting time. On top of that, there was not an owner or manager in sight to show support for the inexperienced hostesses. For Mother’s Day, there should have been a time limit at the table which I think guests would understand. But nothing. There must have been 15 tables that were empty because they were short staffed. It was a terrible disappointment and not even worth the wait. Too bad they couldn’t even have a service that would notify you to head over tot he restaurant like Crossroads Diner had. They need to work On their timing. With the other reviews they received, a bad experience like this far outweighs the food. This was my first...

I was there with my wife last week and she reminded me our not so great experience which brings me to write this review. It was our first time here and right away we were seated by a waitress. This is where it goes downhill. Our waitresses name was Abbygail. She was too intense and made the whole experience awkward from the get go. The way she talked to us seemed very robot like. It felt as though I was at a certain chicken place drive thru if you know what I mean. No authenticity or genuine anything from her demeanor. I like enjoying my food without being interrupted every few bites. Not an exaggeration, I understand trying to give great service but this was a bit much. What was supposed to be a relaxing breakfast ended up being constant small talk and forced kindness from our waitress. We finished up quickly and I made a mental note if I would come back to request a different waiter. On the food note… It is okay, like IHOP with nicer decor yet pricier for no reason. I can taste frozen in almost all their “homemade” items. Run of the mill breakfast nothing special or noteworthy. I recommend skipping this place but if you must try request a different waitress so you can actually...
