Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

Absolutely the worst service ever! The lady preparing my sandwich was so rude. I ordered a Foot Long Spicy Italian and could not add my choice of veggies. She said veggies for my choice of sandwich were preselected. When asked if I could just pay extra or what my options were she rudely answered no I couldn't pay extra and there were no other options? I left without my sandwich! I've never ever done that before! But her rude attitude was too much! I called the location and asked to speak with a manager and spoke to Erika - she explained that it's a rule since and I quote "about a year ago". I then asked what my options were for getting a sandwich with my choice of meats and my choice of veggies and she said I could ask for a "Veggie Footlong and add my choice of meat" Now if that is not the dumbest thing I have ever heard!! I get it I really understand policy change and what not but we do not work for SUBWAY!!! You need to "with a good attitude" explain options to your customers! Saying there is no other option means your employees are either stupid, lazy, or you just don't want our business! Make an effort, go out of your way to be better at customer service. There are way to many food options to put up with...

The staff was friendly however I wanted to eat lunch inside and asked for a water cup. The cashier said they were out of water cups and that I could purchase a bottle of water. I just wanted the water from the drink machine so I could eat my sandwich in a hurry and be on the way. Cashier said that I would have to purchase a cup to have water. So I requested them to make my sandwich 'to go' and left - hungry and not pleased. That's why I'm giving this location one star. I've been a loyal Subway customer here and at other locations for over 2 decades so it's disappointing that I couldn't eat at the location as I had planned. Some veggies looked wilted or old. Some cucumbers were mushy. They sprinkled the salt and pepper in the center only, very concentrated bite and not spread out over whole sandwich. Homeless in the area, gave a guy a dollar right outside the eatery door. Lack of parking, had to circle around and wait for an opening, some parked on grass or made their own...

Open those sandwiches! I worked here, I was scheduled for one hour a day after we had a truck to come two days late(cause it broke down) and I reported the manager Erica to the owner for serving molded cheese and see thru lettuce and tomatoes(they were almost clear of it's color) to customers and the sauce and soups are thin to save money and cut corners. Once it's in the bun and sauced you don't know how fresh it really is especially toasted. I had an attitude serving bad food cause I use to eat it too but I could choose my days to eat and see what it look like before it was made and prepped for that day. Erica also will show you there phone full of d*ck pics and send you home if they don't like your hair, the owners and corporate will laugh if you report them because he is one of their multiple franchise owners.
