This was a year ago, but customers need to be made aware as I did get a replacement from the third party and the zipper broke AGAIN. They have a faulty product they refuse to stand behind. I called and stated multiple times over the phone that my bag was made by Western Linens as stated on the tag inside and the zipper had broken. I never once said I bought it at their store and I was very forth coming about that. Abdel was the rudest person I have literally ever communicated with and couldn’t understand what I was following up about because he was interrupting me and yelling the moment I started speaking. The statement that he was asking me questions to understand is not truthful in the slightest. He never asked why I was calling, but I explained to him that the bag was broken and I was told by HIS employee Salma I could send pictures and they could let me know how it could be repaired which I did and they refused to get back with me. I was never even asking for a refund I just want to use the bag and have it repaired with a matching zipper. I told Salma I would be happy to pay to have it repaired properly by them. All Abdel had to do was ask what happened (which is BASIC customer service), but he chose to be so disrespectful with me and yell the second he answered the phone, WILD behavior for someone who works with the public.
In the end, I paid for a bag from this brand and the zipper broke. Not a big deal, but they told me it could be fixed then never responded. They do not answer emails or direct messages. Read moreI ordered the sherpa comforter for my daughter that included pillow shams. When I received the item, the pillow shams we got were NOTHING like the ones advertised. When I contacted the company I was told they would send me the correct ones, and a return label. That was the last I heard from them despite and email from me asking how I'd be getting the labels since a day later I hadn't gotten them. Well now it's been a few weeks today and I emailed again about the return labels. I was told that the shams I was told I could get are not available. My options were to send the entire set back or have a 10% off next purchase (granted this person was very rude in emails). When I stated we were expecting replacement shams and my daughter has now been using blanket I was again rudely told then I can get a 10% off my NEXT purchase and they've given me my option. No apology for false advertising! Not to mention, I NEVER was told or given an update that the ones advertised were not actually ever available. Would NEVER order from here again!!!! Not to mention that we ordered a queen size they sent a King and it JUST fit her full sized bed. So obviously their sizes aren't appropriate. Not sure what about this company is honest.

Read moreWe registered yesterday for a new wholesale account, supplied the requested information, and asked a few questions about this company before proceeding with selling their products only to be insulted by a person named Abdel Kanan who insisted on attempting to call us, inferred we were not a real company in an email, and finally after pressing him, he responded to our inquiries. Unfortunately, after reading their online reviews and discovering some serious issues with poor customer service, rudeness, and lots of errors with orders, delayed shipping, or not shipping all, we have reconsidered doing business with this company. While their products look great and would complement our current product lines, customer service is a big part of a business partnership and it would appear that a lot of the positive reviews here are not real as you cannot have this many recent customer service complaints without real issues. Mr. Kanan also got an attitude when we declined doing business and explained why. He didn't even attempt to win our business so that's that. His response, "That’s fine you contacted us."
