Super frustrating, I do an online order order everything I wa, sandwich and do a BOGO deal. BOTH of the sandwiches were the Same since me and my fiancé love the same sandwiches. I pay for our food and wait for it to be ready, said it would be ready by 5:15. As it came closer to the time of pick up I went inside and saw NO sandwiches on the stand where they go, tell the workers that I am picking up my order since they might have not just put them up there yet. Nope they tell me that a man came in a TOOK BOTH of my sandwiches, I ask if they could make me new ones and they kindly did say yes. So I told the co workers when it would possibly be ready and they said by 5:20-5:25 which was okay with me, I go outside to my car and fiancé and I patiently wait. (Mind you when they asked what my name was I told them and they still had my order on a receipt). After me waiting I go back inside since I figured it would be pretty quick and it was, one of the workers apologized for the inconvenience and was super sweet. I go back out to my car and me and my fiancé open our sandwiches and they are NOT wait I ordered, the order was messed up I asked for a Spicy Italian on Herb and American cheese with Lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard and EXTRA MAYO. If you don’t know spicy Italian has Pepperoni and Genoa Salami for the meats, I got Pepperoni and Roast beef for the meats and I also got barley any Mayo and no Vinegar or oil which really frustrated me because they HAD my order pulled up on a piece of paper. I don’t understand how you can mess it up if it’s on paper right in front of you . Read moreI TOO AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Customer Service is bad at this location. I was there getting a footing and had my sandwich made by an older Latino man. As I was finishing paying and using a coupon, another customer walks in. I ask the customer, “hello Sir, I have these coupons, would you like to use them?” The man that was making my sandwich yells something in Spanish to the other Latino man that was also behind the counter. I looked at the customer I was speaking to because I was confused. The customer understood what he was saying and says to me, “he’s mad because you’re giving coupons inside the store”. I had no idea that was a thing! If they would’ve said, “Sorry Ms., it’s not allowed to give coupons to other customers inside the store.” in a nice way instead of yelling, I would’ve understood just fine. Since they didn’t act in a friendly customer service way, here is my warning: If you want to avoid being yelled at in your face in Spanish by these employees, DON’T GO HERE! Read more8-04-2021: My husband and I went into this Subway late evening to order. 2 white workers were tending to 1 elderly white woman. Race is relevant in this instance. No one acknowledged us. Once they were done with the woman in front of us. You would assume they would greet us and take our order but no. The male walked off to “clean” the empty lobby and the woman turned her back to us to work on something else. Not one time did they acknowledge us. My husband and I are African American. After 10 minutes of just standing there, my husband was very frustrated and stormed off. Finally the women turns around and takes my order. This situation was very frustrating and has bothered me. Does subway care if their workers are prejudice? As I was paying for my order, a few people walked in (white) and the male worker literally ran over in a hurry to assist them. Why were my husband and I treated less than? Was our obvious blackness offensive? Does our money not have the same value as a white person.
