I must say that I have passed this place a lot over the past few years, and never stopped. I decided to stop and just check it out because it was one of the restaurants on the level up application that I was able to not have to pay today since it does monthly billing. I ordered through the level up app and my order was made correctly, the people inside were very friendly and the hamburger, though I thought I may need a double, I learned quickly I didn't, was big juicy and delicious. I will return to Burger Island. If you haven't tried it yet it's quasi affordable and you should give it a chance, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. The prize however, I wasn't that impressed with. I didn't get the seasoned fries, though I so saw them making them in the back and they looked great. The fries I got we're just regular cut run-of-the-mill french fries, that weren't quite fried long enough and we're a bit soggy. So the fix for that is to ask for your fries to be fried a little longer. Which is what I will do next time. Now to the hand-dipped Blue Bell ice cream vanilla shake that was $3.99, worth every penny. The guy came out and scooped up the ice cream about five or six Scoops for around a 20 oz cup and went to the back and prepared it and brought it back to the front and it has whipped cream and a dome top and they put a very wide straw for your enjoyment. So you can suck up the Blue Bell handmade vanilla ice cream shake that is made to perfection without having to feel like your jaw is going to be sore from sucking too hard. And that's because it's probably about an eighth of an inch straw in circumference. I can't wait to go back to...

Read moreThe customer service is nonexistent. Don't waste your time just go to Taco joint next door. On Saturday 11/18 me and my friend ordered online to pick up in store, when we got there the lady at the front counter was so confused when we told her we ordered online. Mind you there are no other customers in the store at this time just me and my friend and only two orders bagged up that had my name and my friends name. She made us jump through hoops to confirm that it was our order. She had my name on my friends bag and her name on mine, no biggie we switched the bags. Well that's when we should have looked in our bags and actually checked the food. We made it all the way home and started eating just to realize they switched our burgers and gave my friend the wrong fries. We called and spoke with the woman that was at the counter and all she said was "I told you it was switched", which she did not. My friend ordered at least 4 different items and I only ordered 2 items, like I said our names were on the wrong bags but the amount of items in each bag were correct so we just switched bags. They refused to refund one burger (which was all that was needed) or even make another burger. They wouldn't even refund the incorrect fries that they gave my friend. This place is a joke and very unorganized. Our first and last...
