Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Dallas

This place is trash and RAT infested. Look under the pics tab under atmosphere. I added pics of the rats and trash. They don't care for the well being of your children. I arrived to this location around 8pm the night of 05/31. I waited about 5 mins at the counter but was greatly entertained watching these employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off. The cashier guy seriously kept looking in the same bag at least 4 times with a 1.minute period... i guess he thought food would magically appear of he looked hard enough. Customers were complaining because either they received the wrong food... which seems odd knowing how many times this guy look in a bag... others were complaining about receiving a kids cup with their adult full size full priced meal in which the guy at the counter just replied that's all we have. No apology, no remorse or anything. Finally a manager assisted to take my order which went smooth. He got my drink right away and also brought our food right away. So after ordering my food I went to sit down with my daughter and her dad and noticed the playground area was trashy. Trash in all the corners and told of the tables. Looks like it has not been cleaned all day. I go about my business and start eating my food when out of the corner of my eye I see something run across the playground. Sure enough it was a huge rat moving from one trash pile to the next. I immediately reported it to the guy who was at the counter. I didn't make a big deal just leaned over the counter and told him there was a bunch of trash outside on the playground and rats eating the trash. He said ok I will take care of it. I went to sit back down, didn't really have the stomach to finish my food so I started packing up and let my daughter finish up. 10 mins later the guy at the front counter is just standing there Not helping customer's or anything. So I go back up there and ask if he notified his manager. Je said yes and they goimg to handle it. I then asked this guy do you understand that you have rats who are feeding on the filth and trash I'm what you call a playground and he just replied we are short staffed infant have time. Let me remind you there was no one in line. At this time I just walked back to my table and took photos. After taking photos I left the facility and went around to take more photos and to warn the couple who just went to eat outside on the benches. After I warned them I got back into my car and the manager came outside to my car and told me that the OWNER just told him That there were people complaining about the rats. OMG. the lady who was sitting outside with all of the trash, who witnessed with her own eyes the poor quality of service these employees were providing to her customers and she did nothing about it. No wonder this is the WORST chic Fil A in existence. The owner doesn't have the chic Fil A mentality. Chic Fil A to me is the upscale classy mc Donalds. This location makes McDonald's in the worst part of town look like a gem. Every chic Fil A I have been too I am always welcomed with a warm smile, very organized staff and great food. Something went very astray from this location. I know this is franchised but for the same of the chic Fil brand...please do something about this location. And I really hope that was not Marva Perry who the establishment owner. If it was her she should be ashamed. I do have pics and is you want to see them...

Honestly never ever expected this from a Chick-fil-A. This is the most disappointing location EVER. The whole experience from when I ordered at the speaker til I got to the window was terrible unorganized and a waste of money. My food was cold and tossed together in a big mess. The boy at the window got my order wrong and that’s fine it happens but instead of fixing the issue this is what I got...... It was supposed to be a sweet tea we went back and forward for a while because he was confused on what I was asking for. He repeatedly yelled and pointed at the cup and said unsweet tea like if I didn’t speak English and I said yes it’s supposed to be sweet tea. When he handed me back the correct drink he handed me back a medium and I ordered a large. He said I made a mistake the first time and gave you a large cup you ordered medium. I said no I ordered large and he looked at me and said well you punched it in wrong because your receipt says medium. I do not know if he was on drugs or what. How can he look at me in my car and say I punched it in wrong like I’m the one who was pressing buttons on the other end of the speaker. I was keeping my cool at that point and said that’s fine if you punched it in wrong I’ll pay the difference but he just shoved my drink into the car and slammed his window. When he came back he gave me my bags and I asked if I could get sauces for my four orders. I asked for four of each sauce ( ranch Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauce) he handed me two ranch one Polynesian one Buffalo and one Chick-fil-A sauce. I seriously hardly write reviews on places and I would never wish someone would get fired from their job. But this is Chick-fil-A they are known for their outstanding customer service and this boy has ruined their image completely. He never once looked me in the eye and nothing about him was professional or courteous. There is a Chick-fil-A just two streets down but I was shopping around nearby decided to stop at this one huge mistake. If you truly want an outstanding customer service, clean store and actually get your order right go to the Chick-fil-A at...

I thought I had seen the worst. But yet this location makes the other bad chick fil locations look perfect.

I don't know where to even start, honestly. I'm not sure what was the worst the incompetence from the management team or the racism that harbors their hearts. And yes, this location is, in fact RACIST. I placed an order for my mom to pick up, thinking nothing bad would happen. If I had known that the workers would've embarrassed her in front of everyone, I would have never sent her here.

No amount of apology would be enough to cover for what my mother experienced at this store. The crew knew that she had trouble communicating in English, and yet they were mocking her that she didn't speak English. She understood you she just had a hard time defending herself. On top of that, the staff was disrespectful. She had me on speaker, so I heard what all of you had said to her. The management failed at doing the bare minimum. Such as giving her RESPECT. She showed you a picture of the paid order. But yet someone from this restaurant chased her down to her car. Embarrassed her in front of everyone and made her come back inside just so they could continuously say to her that her card was "blocked." She was embarrassed. She was trying to show you her phone, which showed her bank statement that the payment was taken out of her bank. Then again, someone found it funny and kept treating her as if she was dumb. I didn't appreciate yall ignoring her and talking over her.

That says a lot about the values at this chick fil a, honestly. I hope that no one treats your mother the same way you treated mine.
