I’ve been coming to this restaurant for several years now and over the years have brought and referred friends, colleges and family to this facility because of how clean it is. However, the owner seems to get worse. He has a terrible attitude towards his staff and his customers. I’ve heard him yelling at his staff out in the dinning area and make faces towards certain people especially those with children. You don’t ever feel welcomed you seem to always be watched by the owner when you’re dinning in. The place is super quite to where the people dinning in are whispering to each other.
The food is a bit pricey for what you get but it has good flavor which is why I’ve gone for long but tonight will definitely be my last. My two year old grabbed a pair of chopsticks while I was eating my pho and the owner comes over and speaks in a loud voice telling me not to let my daughter grab his chopsticks. This place has no booster seats for all the booths they have, where do they expect a child to sit, on my lap while I eat a hot soup? She grabbed one pair of chopsticks, technically the ones I would of been eating with if I could and the owner makes a big fuss. I get it, you don’t want a child terrorizing your restaurant but she wasn’t damaging property and it was one pair of chopsticks.

When I asked for them to exchange the food they refused therefore I told them I was canceling my order completely and would like to be refunded for the full purchase of the food
The manager told me “If you want to eat somewhere where they exchange the order go eat at an AMERICAN restaurant there are plenty of them”
Well if you take a look at the pictures I was in fact in a restaurant REGISTERED in the state of TEXAS which is an AMERICAN state AND CONSIDERED AN AMERICAN RESTAURANT
Refused to give me a number to speak with whoever is above him. The manager said to take the food but when we asked the person to box it up the cook or man behind the counter said “do it yourself” without giving us a container!

I came here to grab some food and decided to order an iced Thai tea. I specifically asked for only 3 ice cubes because I’m not a fan of too much ice. To my surprise, the cup was barely half full—even after paying $4.08 (or $4.80) for it. I politely asked the lady at the register why it was only half full, but she ignored me and acted like she couldn’t hear.
Then an older man came out and spoke in a very rude and bossy tone, saying, “You only asked for 3 cubes.” I confirmed that I did—but that still doesn’t explain why the cup was only half full. When I continued to ask why, he snapped, “If you don’t want it, I can’t take it back,” which was completely unnecessary and dismissive. I never asked for a refund or for him to take it back—I just wanted a simple explanation.
