I never leave Google reviews, obviously it'll be negative. I've enjoyed this store for years, but something has changed in the last few months, I'm not entirely sure. I was friendly with the previous two managers and they were great, professional, warm and friendly guys. They always made me feel like family. Lately two things have changed. Namely I got two orders a week apart where my lettuce and tomatoes were completely gross and soggy, and the staff in general has become much less authentic. They're no longer the genuinely warm or approachable bunch they used to be. They go through the motions and say the 'polite words' but I don't feel anything close to the same joy I used to have visiting here. I was the guy who'd share my Shipley's donuts through the drive thru window just because I liked this crew so much and I ate here so often. Last straw was today. They messed up my food last night, same gross lettuce and tomatoes I mentioned. I'm working close to 60 hours a week, I get 30 minutes for lunch, I clock in and clock out, time is precious. I didn't bring the food back even though it was ridiculously low quality. How/when was I going to bring the food back? But apparently you don't bring the food back you're out of luck on a refund or replacement. Okay, policy is policy, but the guy who explained it to me was the same style of attitude I criticized before. Terse, surface level polite, no true empathy or authenticity. I felt like I didn't matter at all. He could have apologized and said "I'm so sorry, my hands are tied by policy, but I know how much it sucks to get gross food, I'll bring this up and see what's up with our lettuce." Read moreNever have I ever had to make a review regarding poor service at CFA. I went here today to pick up a 8ct nugget that was missed out of my purchase at a prior visit.. I called in, spoke to a lady, gave her my information and was told to come in and give my name to have the nuggets replaced. I did just that. I spoke to the cashier who went to the back and came back and said I wasn’t on a list. She then nicely stated she would double check.. Then DAVID appeared, very rude and condescending.. no part of his interaction was customer friendly or friendly at all. When he rudely stated I wasn’t on this list and who did I talk to and blah blah, I decided against pursing the forgotten nuggets.. I chose to just pay for my meal to avoid any serious confusion and maturely expressed my frustration with his way of choosing to speak to me and act.. he stated “This isn’t how we do business, you can’t buy anything here!” I wasn’t leaving without a purchase because I had already driven out of my way to allow them the opportunity to correct their mistake & I hadn’t eaten all day. I know in all of my experience (years) at CFA, I’m very much aware that management doesn’t act like this towards customers. I understand this location is in “the hood” but that doesn’t make it okay to be rude and biligerant with customers. This review may not mean or accomplish anything, but for me- I will never spend my money at this location for any reason, and it’s my wish that he gets retrained on how CFA employees should conduct themselves at all times. Read moreThis location makes you feel like you’re at McDonald’s. 1st they don’t greet you the way other locations greet you.2nd this is the slowest location ever as in the drive thru moves so slow I’ve noticed that the people who run the drive thru when they complete your order they don’t move on to the next car you have to pull up to them. 3rd order is never right if it’s not me I’ve seen multiple people complain that their order is wrong. Today I asked a lady in a polite way that I was missing something she completely ignore me and gave me a side eye the cashier was the one who over heard and stepped in props to him. If it was up to me That no neck lady would have been fired on the stop bc for a moment It felt like I was at McDonald’s. 4th it’s almost Valentine’s Day and they still got Christmas decor. 5th it would be nice for someone to direct drive thru traffic bc it converts into one lane people don’t know how to take turns. 6th I would say a year ago they had a note on the speaker that u can’t do more than a certain amount of orders if u have a big order u have to go inside. Shut this place down or round up new employees to run this place like an actual Chick-fil-A. Especially replace that young lady with no neck she has to go u try to be nice bc I get it working in fast food is tough but u don’t have to give me a complete side eye like that wish I got her name but forsure next I will get her name since it’s on my commute to work and update this review with her...
