I'm a huge Wendy's fan, however this has happened on more then two occasions and it's frustrating. If i see a WENDY'S WIFI sign, and see it advertised on websites, coupons, and the employees Know about it.....then I'm left to think only one obvious thing..... free wire less internet to use while I enjoy any and every awesome item on their fresh menu. No go. WENDY'S YOUR WIFI DOESN'T WORK AT 5 OUT OF THE 5 WENDY'S IVE BEEN TO IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS. IT'S SOOOOOOO FRUSTRATING ...actually Infurating that I have to leave and go to some other similar idea of feesh fast food .. once ...in a rainstorm I walked extra just to go to wendys...only for no Wi-Fi to work. The managers and employees say " we have it, it sucks," or its terribal, or I don't know anything about it ". Here's my personal favorite " McDonald's has it..they are (pointing the other direction). My limit is when I actually have to EAT at a disgusting, smelly, tasteless, salty, preserved , clown infested establishment. It's the first mcdoodle anything I've consumed since 1994. 😣😑😤😭😦😔 those all describe the feelings of my first few seconds there.
I can't express the pivotal importance of the sales you gain and the growth you lose bc your not tapped in the tech revolution highway. Marketing strategies with your app, frequent diner perks, coupons via email, and incentives on fb, or Insta that I never see my beloved Wendy participating in...it sucks. People can't even try to access these ,, bc you don't give them a opportunity to even see you on there device screens!!! Advertise to the milenials...get cool coffee and a fresh salad bar, or some really great music in there. I've dining at Wendy's for 34 years.. other then taco bell, I do not ...will not consume fast food. ------Until I got all these great incentives to try this or that or get this free or etc .... y'all haven't changed a thing in 34 years. I only see 2 or 3 people in any store at any given time,,if I go to what a burger or taco bell..they are usually at AT LEAST 75 percent capicity.. never less. Wendy's...you have the fantastic fresh faster food, you have the award winningcustomer service..the smiles... you have the cleanliness, and timing right.. you need to get on this socialmedia infused ,, perks program, rewards ,wifi wave .. I don't want to see the only fast foodery I love , from my childhood ,, fade away.. Please save yourself and save me a potato with broccoli and cheese..and chili... Love...
Read moreNormally I have good things to say but today..no! I had to repeat my drink order at least 5 different times because the lady kept asking if I wanted different than what I ordered. In the middle of the order, she cut me off because she was talking to someone while taking our order. Ok fine sometimes you get interrupted so cool no biggy. When she got done with the order she just clicked off. Didn’t tell us the price, didn’t say pull foreword. So we got to the window, she told us the price. I was a bit short, so I asked to take off one item. She shut the door and I assume took it off. Didn’t get a receipt. I pull to the pick up window. We didn’t get our drinks. So I asked for the drinks, they acted like we hadn’t ordered them. When we did get our drinks, they still gave me the wrong drink even though I said strawberry tea med. I got ticked off because I shouldn’t have to say it 6 times. The lady that took our order just sat there giving us dirty looks. Yeah I understand customer service gets frustrating...I work at Walmart so yes I feel you but to have an attitude after I asked 6 times for the same item, that’s just plain rude and disrespectful. Anyway, upon leaving we stopped and checked our order again. No straws, no receipt, missing salad dressings! Didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore because I had kids in the car getting antsy. So yes I normally have a good experience, but seriously some of you need to check your attitude or find a different...
Read moreThis wendys is so horrible. On their website, as of 8.6.2022, this place is listed as temporarily closed, but the open sign is on and they are open....rarely. On Multiple occasions the rapport with them has gotten worst besides the typical wrong orders; they are also clearly non operational. You pull up to the drive through there's people that are working (especially the people who take out trash and stare down your vehicle giving the "why are you here?" look) but the place is closed. One instance the drive thru was empty, and they told me to wait....mean while Whataburger(who is always notably slow in their drive thru lanes) is moving faster....and I'm the first one at the intercom. I remember after waiting she literally said, "Hey can you come inside cause its kinda...kinda." I just drove off. I get anxiety going to places sometimes and now I refuse to go back unless they build something else here. I'm sure it's not the workers fault but this place should be closed permanently especially the multiple times they were closed from 2-3pm. Workers shortage? Covid? What's going on? Maybe they need to pay people more these days, I don't know, but the ripple effects coming from this is to just have low expectations for these kinds of...
