Worst Wendyâs ever! This is not the first time we have had problems, but never going back after today. First of all the drive thru was all of the way around building and not moving at all. I saw on door that the inside was only open for mobile ordering, so I placed a mobile order, paid for it, said ready in 5 minutes. I parked, waited 5 minutes then proceeded inside to pick up. (BTW-cars still havenât moved in drive thru at this point). I get to door and itâs locked. I attempted to call and of course no answer. Went back to door and a gentlemen that just received his order was walking out with his food. I asked him if door wasV locked when he went in and he told me that they just locked it while he was in there, per the managers request. When I arrived at the counter I overheard 2 employees talking, the one asked the other how I got in since he locked door. I spoke up to him and said, a customer leaving let me in. They were not very happy about that either. I was told then by other customers waiting for their online orders that they had been waiting for 20+ minutes already. I understand that they were busy, but there were at least 8 people behind counter including manager. I asked for manager, told him this concerned me that they allow someone to pay online then not let them in when they arrive. His response, we donât have enough help so I locked door. I then asked how us customers who already paid online were supposed to get their food if door is locked. His response, they have to wait in drive thru line.
Wow, makes 0 sense to me. Thereâs no way I would sit in that drive thru line that still hasnât moved but 1 car, I would have pulled out and went somewhere else, but Wendyâs already had my $25.
The employees that were behind the counter didnât look like they had a clue of what they were doing. So the manager prepared our order, apologized for the wait, and we left. Arrived home 10 minutes later with our food, I opened my pretzel double burger and took a huge bite because I was so hungry, and realized that not only was it cold inside, it was raw. I already swallowed the raw meat so Iâm praying that I donât get food poisoning. I cooked the remaining meat myself and ate it without the bun since it was soaking in blood.
This is unacceptable - they are going to really get someone sick. As previously stated, this is not our first bad experience with that location, but my first bad review. I wonât go again I promise.

We went inside to order and there was only one person in front of us and they stood there not being greeted or helped for 5 minutes. So, after waiting we finally got our order and didn't get our receipt nor our cups for our drinks. After they handed us our order they had to be reminded again that we still didn't give us our cups. Then, we watched them make our order and they put tomato on our spicy chicken sandwich when we asked for no tomato, so when we asked them to fix it they just scrapped everything off of the sandwich and gave it to us 'fixed'. At this point we have been here over 15 minutes and got our food and left. As soon as we get home we open up our food to a spicy chicken sandwich on a bun with nothing else on it, because I guess no tomatoes means scrape off everything and gives us a bun with chicken. Then we ordered a bacon cheese burger and got mayo and ketchup with a side of soggy bun and cheese burger with what you ask? No bacon. So glad we paid money for the slow and lousy service who can't get an order right or even have the decency to try and fix the mistake they made properly or even give us our receipt. Wendy's you really dropped the ball on your product and your service. Maybe Chick-fil-A can help you guys with some tips on your customer service...
   Read moreWhen this Wendyâs was first built the food was on point but now every time I go up there fries are never fresh as they advertise the meat looks like itâs been sitting all day the bacon is so hard it can break your teeth. When you do address the issues the young kids at the window get an attitude with you a roll their eyes. One time my spicy chicken was still raw in the middle called up there was told to come back and she had my sandwich made for me already which was completely wrong cause I ordered mine special made and before I could tell her she slammmed the window walked away and ignored me beeping my horn. I donât go there anymore unless I absolutely need to cause there is nothing but young kids working on their phones and playing music when you come to the window. I try and tell myself well maybe itâs just a bad day for them and I brush it off but today I go and get the 2 junior bacon meal deal and I be dammed if my fries was as cold as the tomatoes and since when do you put shredded lettuce on the burgers. Girl gives me a thumbs up when she hands me my food. Asked for ketchup and just huffed and rolled her eyes. Wendyâs can you get a better crew for evening and nighttime cause dam them kids only there for a paycheck and donât give a crap about...
