I had the worst customer service and food from the Wendy's on 2241 West Northwest highway Dallas Texas tonight than I've ever had anywhere. I went on the Wendy's app tonight and ordered my food for delivery I ordered a Texas biggie bag and I picked out what size drink I wanted condiments what flavor nuggets and dipping sauces and extra ketchup all that. And when doordash arrived to bring my food I open the bag up in front of the doordash driver and my nuggets were not in there and my French fries and my hamburger or ice cold and there was no ketchup in the bag. So I called the Wendy's and ask for the manager got him on the phone he said the only thing he can do for me is remake my order he will not refund my money for my meal. And he said all I have to do is come pick it up. And I explained to him that I used the Wendy's app and use delivery so doordash delivered it to me I have no way to get there to get it or I would have done it to begin with. And I explained to him that I use the Wendy's app I didn't go through doordash to place my order. And then the manager tells me to go to the Wendy's app and order a small value fry for delivery and that he would put my remade order in the bag with the small value fry. And I said excuse me, so you're wanting me to spend more money on a value fry and doordash so you guys can place my order that you messed up to begin with. And he said what it might cost you $5 but I'm going to give you 10 to $15 worth of food is what he says. And I said excuse me again, what kind of manager are you? That is completely unprofessional and that's not how you take care of a paying customer. You don't try and get the customer to spend more money because you guys messed up his order to begin with. That's completely unheard of. And I said all you have to do is find my money for the order and that'll be it and he says no I can't do that. He says he can remake my order but I got to walk a mile and a half to go pick it up. Because I explained to him I'm a mile and a half down the road at the hotel. And I'm not walking a mile and a half down the road to your Wendy's to pick up a remade order that should not have been messed up and cold to begin with. So the issue never got resolved he actually hung up on me because he said he had to close. So I paid $11 for a ice cold Texas double stack hamburger and a handful of ice cold fries with no ketchup...
Read moreWent by today ordered a number 11 with a natural lemonade and a cookie. When I pulled up to the box the girl that answered automatically had an attitude. I don't like being rude back because they handle my food so the whole time I was being nice to her although she was talking to me like trash. When I pulled up to the window I asked her if I could see my receipt and she said "well you haven't paid for it" I kindly asked her what was I being charged for and she proceeded to tell me , which everything was correct. I got my food, drove to my destination and when I opened the bag the sauce was all over the bun, on top, underneath EVERYWHERE ! Not only did the food look soggy and nasty but they also gave me a burger instead of the chicken sandwich(number 11) I then called them and told her (her Name is Maria)that they gave me the wrong order. She said if I would bring the food back that she could replace it. I was 30 minutes away from that location and was impossible for me to go back so I told her that i would come back to get it tomorrow because i couldn't drive back and she continued to have an attitude with me and tell me she was not going to, in her words "just give me a free chicken sandwich". I really wish I could rate no starts. Every time I go to this location they have horrible customer service. She was not willing to recompense me unless I brought back the soggy burger they gave me. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of it, it went straight to the trash and I practically gave away my money to Wendy's and starved for the remainder of the day. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's disgusting, they have no sense of respect and are unwilling to make a wrong right. I feel embarrassed for the owner that he has these kind of people working...
Read moreI stopped at this location on Friday to have lunch with a friend, as well as my mom who flew into town this week to visit. We arrived around 12:15 and decided to dine in. It was very busy there and for about an hour the drive thru had a line that stretched out to the street. When it came time for us to order, the manager names Andres took our order, and was exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and menu suggestions. He did not rush us as has happened to us in other restaurants. He was extremely kind and considerate to every single person who ordered (I pay attention to these things). He was very busy taking orders, assisting the food delivery drivers, helping out his other staff, and cleaning tables etc. He did this all with a smile and there is this sense of calmness and sincerity about him. While we were completely happy with our experience, we witnessed this one customer in particular who was being rude to other diners but especially the staff. The manner in which Andres handled the situation shows his professionalism and expertise. By the time the customer left, she was happy yet apologetic to us all. Andres display of politeness and his sense of calm shone through. When each customer left, he personally thanked each of us and wished us a good day. People in the food service industry like him are sadly becoming less and less it seems. He is a extremely valuable asset to this company and brand, and should be rewarded for his incredible professional ability. I will go to this location each and every time I want Wendy's, regardless of where I am in the Dallas area. Awesome...
