We show up very late around 2:45am and we ask “are you guys serving drinks” we are then told to wait so they could ask a higher up. The higher up says yes we are serving so we proceed to pay $20 for cover, which is quite steep for there to be no one there. But besides the point we pay and proceed to the bar where we are then told we cannot purchase drinks. Which is the entire reason we came in the first place. Understandable that they say you cannot purchase drinks after 3am that’s is fine, what isn’t fine is making people pay and almost immediately backtracking what you just said maybe 5 minutes prior. One of us gets food and as we wait and at this point it had been about 20-25 minutes he asks simply if his stuff is close to being done so we can head out. Then they have no idea and he is told that they didn’t even make it. So they are trying to figure out if the order is there or not, a patron with a beer in front of us keeps trying to fight us for absolutely no reason. Completely unsettling and we simply just didn’t understand what we did to upset him. I then after this since the tender didn’t seem to want to calm this man down I simply asked to talk to a higher up because I mean at this point we are just upset with all the issues and problems. We are then told we cannot receive any refund even though they clearly disclosed when we came in we could receive drinks etc. just bad customer service in my option and I hope someone doesn’t get scammed in the way we...

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I visited this place on 2/18 and was charged with a 4 digit tab not going to mention the exact amount,but let’s just say it was more than $1500. And for what you may ask? Definitely not bottle service because that was definitely not an option that night due to them just opening. Might I mention I had 5 other small charges ranging from $20-$50. Which obviously I made,but the 4 digit tab? Yeah okay,cause I alone can drink that large moneys worth of drinks? Spoke to the person who said he was the manager on 3/13 by the name of “Nick”. He was cool at first but once I got on the phone with my bank in front of him and told them that he himself mentioned to me that he’s only had 1 tab go above $1,000 and he knew who that table was his whole attitude changed and didn’t want to cooperate anymore and started being a smarta**. He didn’t even want to help me out and just go look at his transactions for the day I was charged cause we all know they keep that information at all times and can look it up anytime. Very unprofessional from his part,and definitely a bad “business” move on his part. Very poorly run establishment. This place has changed owners so many times and we try to like it; as we work down the street and want a place to unwind. The pool tables are free and the bartenders are fun to talk to but that’s just about it. The music is too loud that you basically have to yell at each other to have a conversation or order a drink for that matter. We were having fun until what we assume is the owner kept pressuring us to buy more drinks. We had barely got there and just got a bucket for 3 of us. They had a comedy night that was really fun but the next time we went it was too hot and the whole place smelled like sewage. It is places like this that are running people away from technology blvd. nothing but money hungry owners who don’t care about their customers

Edit: understand how this establishment is ran! I will not be called out as a liar for “false information”. The person running this account clearly has issues with being told negative but, true comments. The place did smell like sewage or natural gas. The music is way too loud even for a night club.
