Five Guys — Restaurant in Dalton

Manager mislead me recently trying to make an order. I was there 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night, the manager Hayden said they were “out “ of hamburgers and French fries? I’ve been to 5 Guys hundreds of times, I’ve always known them to be very professional but not on this visit. He gave me a phone number of a supervisor to file a complaint, which I did, they promised to follow up by my email. That was almost a week ago and have not heard a peep out of them? I ordered a burger and fries and got violently ill. Vomiting, upset stomache and pain so horrible I thought I would have to go to the emergency room. I don't eat Five Guys often because it's expensive, but I like FG and had gotten a good Burger about a week before. We were going on vacay and I needed something quick. I was up and sick ALL night. I thought something was off about the burger. It wasn't as hot as it should have been and the whole sandwich was kind of "squishy". I should have followed my instincts. When the restroom is cleaner than the dining room something is wrong. We have eaten at several of the Five Guys restaurants and never had an issue but this one totally different. The dining room was nasty and the employees where not busy. One table in the dining room at a peak time of the day. These places are usually packed. Don't know if there was a manager around.
