Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Dalton

We did an online order for pick up and online they did not show all of the doughnuts they had available in the store. We wanted Blueberry Cake Doughnuts that weren't listed as an option online so we asked as we were picking up and found out that they were available so we asked to have them swapped out for the three we had ordered instead and they refused to do that. The girl helping us said she just had not had time to update their online menu. Also when we got there to pick up our order they were out of one of the kinds of Doughnuts that we had order so we had to choose something different. Once we got our doughnuts picked up we got back out to my car and my daughter reminded me that she had also ordered a drink which they had forgotten to give me so I had to go back to the door and stand outside until I finally got someone's attention and she came to the door and I explained what they had forgotten and she was not happy that she had to go back in and get the drink and bring it back out to me. The customer service was terrible and the employees were rude and totally unhelpful. I must say that I'm glad we did an online order because the Drive-Thru line was out the parking lot and down the street a long way. I could not imagine waiting in that line to be...

On the evening I a writing this complaint I have discovered something very wrong with my order I bought from the new store in Dalton Georgia. After sitting in the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes I finally reach the ordering area, place my order (one dozen cream filled donuts), and the girl says "That was two dozen original glazed?". I correct her, and she then spends another minute trying to sell me some coffee or a box of donut holes, neither of which I needed or wanted, and make my way to the window. I get my card ran and get my order, I check and see what I thing are the cream filled ones I ordered and drive home. I get home and start to eat them and find that all by two of the donuts have NOTHING in them. No cream, no lemon, nothing. They are just round blocks of dough. This is NOT the first time I have had problems with this store... .The first time I ever went they gave me one dozen chocolate covered cream filled ones when, again, I ordered one dozen cream filled ones.... I think if you spent more time listening to the customer orders and less trying to sell other things you would speed up the drive thru line and get orders right. Not...

Do not order online in the evening. 3 workers sitting in the chairs two hours before they close on their phones. Seen them when going around. Please tell me they make minimum wage. Ordered three boxes of donuts online and at the speaker they said they only have glazed. I said I ordered online so they said pull around. At the window she said, “I said we only do glazed”. I just asked for my money back and they couldn’t give you a receipt or anything cancelling the order. All donuts are on DoorDash too so beware. This location is a joke.

Reply to Krispy crème below, you are not striving for customer service or supplying donuts at my location in Dalton Ga. That is a lie. And you need to work on how your online ordering shows available or not. Stop wasting customers time and money. I left feedback on the site as well but do not need the coupon they emailed as I will not be supporting any Krispy crème...
