Subway — Restaurant in Dalton

This Subway on Thorton Avenue is the worst subway I’ve ever been to I went today December 2 heading home from work going to get Mike dinner for my house but yet the kids that work there cause they see kids could not do the sandwiches right I asked them to please make sure they clean the night because I donate me they couldn’t do that either they just kept on talking kept ignoring me then I finally get ready to pay and because I’ve been talking to someone else they’re charging me double for a six-inch sandwich thinking it was a foot-long and all my sandwiches were six-inch not foot-long I think they need a lot more training they don’t even know how to use The toaster they burnt my sandwiches I was so upset and so is my family I don’t think I would ever stop there again and you try to call customer service and there’s nobody...

I am visiting about once a week for lunch (take out). I am a Subway customer for 20 years, and I think that both their quality and quantity are fading lately. I keep on going there until I find something better. The staff was excellent until some time ago, now I usually see new persons who don't know exactly what they are doing. Update Nov 3, 2022: My last two visits where really bad. I don't know if it is Subway as a chain or this specific store doing that bad. 12-1-22 ~12:10PM, 1 customer finishing getting toppings and then pays. The 1 customer in front of me orders and the 1 employee working fills his order 1 step at a time until he pays and leaves. I’m about 10 minutes in now. The one employee comes to the front where I am at and without acknowledging that I am even there puts Down about 5 Togo orders and starts making the 1st one, one step at a time. About 6 people are now in the line behind me. I could hear other employees in the back room talking but, only 1 employee trying to do everything. I just walked out the door.
