Wendy's — Restaurant in Dalton

I am rating my last three visits. The first visit , I had two separate orders . The manager at the drive threw window was too busy complaining about being sent there from her usual location because that store needed a manager than to pay attention to the fact that I had two separate payments for the two orders. I just came to purchase food not to get all that nonsense vented to me. I am a customer. When I gave her the debit card for first payment, she charged that card for both orders without asking. Second visit, food was cold , old. Tasted horrible. Third and final visit was horrible. I had to wait 10 minutes at window for a large fry and cold coffee. I watched as several teen age boys were crowed around , just hanging out. I had a coupon for my coffee. The guy came up to the window three times to quote me my price and each time he didn’t apply the coupon for the free coffee. Then he would leave and I would just watch all these guys goofing off. There was a young woman who finally came over to fix my coffee. From watching through the drive threw window, she was the only one working both areas while these boys played around. All the visits happened after 5 in the afternoon...

Had late evening craving for some Wendy’s, one of my all time favorite food chains.

Rarely went to this location, and yet it already felt odd to me with my recent experience here.

It appeared to be a slow night at the drive-thru as there wasn’t much wait time when I got there.

I had two simple spicy chicken orders, and was asked to pull forward after paying and receiving my drinks.

Nothing out of the norm here, but I was very excited to believe that my food was going to have to be cooked to order as I was asked to pull forward and wait about ten minutes.

This, however, was a big disappointment as when the employee brought over the food, everything was cold - even the chicken sandwich.

The fries were cold and stale, chicken was cold and had a rubber texture as if it had been sitting out for a while.

It was a disappointing trip; such a wait for cold food. Hope this isn’t the normal standard at...

Wendy's Breakfast...... Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first but as long as I usually wait in a Bojangles or Hardees line, I figured I'd give this new breakfast place a shot! I ordered sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, the baconator breakfast sandwiches, sausage and gravy biscuit and a few orders of the seasoned potatoes. (BIG Family to feed!) To Best describe our eperience: We were Absolutely Blown Away!!! We just found our New Breakfast 'Hot spot!' Service was great and the taste of the baconator breakfast sandwich and the seasoned potatoes: Excellent!!! I'm generally a Two biscuits kind of girl but I only ordered One of these for myself and the order of seasoned potatoes and I was fully satisfied! Will Most Definitely be going back for more!!
