We ordered inside the store and were assisted by the manager named Jane (she's wearing a name plate) today, 8/2/24. We ordered 10 pcs of chicken joy bucket, 2 banana peach pie and 1 spaghetti for a total of $42.81. My husband paid her cash for $45 and waiting for her to give him the change of $2.19 but she didn't. My husband just let it go because he would normally give tips on the tips jar anyway. When our number 56 was called, I came to the counter to check our order to make sure we got everything but my husband was in a hurry so we went home. When we got home we were short changed because we only got 9 pcs instead of 10 pcs chicken, 6 legs and 3 thighs. My point is that we paid you the right price and you even keep the change but we didn't get the exact amount of food we paid for. This is the second time that happened to us. Back in June, we ordered and paid for 12pcs chicken joy but when we got home they only gave us 8 pcs. We called and spoke to the manager why they couldn't do it right when we pay the right price and they want us to go back to the store. Are you kidding me? You want us to go back for the 4pcs of chicken after all the traffic, gas, time and effort wasted? My point is why can't you do it right the first time? Why don't you train your crew how to count? We are not going back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow, this Jollibee was packed for a weekday. It was busy with all ages and nationalities. It makes you proud to be Filipino and have people like your fast food. The atmosphere was like a late night after the club kinda thing, but very welcoming.
The staff was ready to take it on. They all seemed happy to be there. They were running their own stations and trying to keep up with the line and spurts of people asking for condiments and etc. They had forgotten the fries on my husband's aloha chicken combo and were happy to give him fresh hot fries with a little extra in a bag.
The food was great as always -served at correct temperature. We were quite famished so we ate most of it. Daughter had the spaghetti and side of mashed potatoes. I had the 2 piece + palabok (way too much, only ate the drumstick and a few bites of palabok) and my husband had the aloha chicken sandwich combo. His sandwich was pretty tasty. We, also ordered a side of adobo fried rice, one of our favorites and the mango/peach and ube pies. All so good. We brought some back to our hotel room and I just ate the chicken for breakfast. It was good even the next day as I was able to reheat in hotel microwave.
Great experience. We have our Jollibee's in Anaheim and Cerritos, but this one sure does...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family likes Jollibee so I either drive there or have them delivered through DoorDash.
My mom is obsessed with their aloha burger but itās hit or miss. Sometimes theyāre really good but sometimes a visually impaired person without training put them together with how sloppy they look. Always, they make you wait. I guess they make them fresh. If you order inside the restaurant, they seem to prioritize giving the aloha burgers to their friends. Once I ordered them through DoorDash along with other foods, and I didnāt get the burger. I had to reorder and ended up paying more! I called the restaurant but they offered no apologies.
The family spaghetti doesnāt have enough sauce so we always have to order extra sauce. Twice, they left the extra sauce when I had them delivered.
I ordered a 6-pc spicy and they gave me 5 spicy and 1 mild without asking if it was okay. I didnāt find out until I got home.
So, mostly okay food when prepared properly. Restaurant is clean. Delivery is haphazard. I think they figure people canāt complain in person so...
