There's plenty of Red Ribbon shops around as it's a chain and every store is almost minted in the same standardized fashion. It's a bakery and minor restaurant with a Filipino twist.
One thing I can say about this place, they are reliable and consistent. Their halo-halo dessert is decent and one of my go-to for that treat. The cakes and pastries are decadent and outstanding, especially one of their standard offerings, the moist chocolate cake bars.
There's nothing special about their palabok, arroz caldo or any of the food items, but at least they're there if you want a taste of quintessential Filipino food.

I made it clear to both cashiers on duty: "don't say it's FREE because you charged me $3.55 more and NOT the promo price of $17.99. What a deceiving promo / sales talk! Their Coffee - so cold. I wish the Cashiers (both female scheduled Aug. 10th - around 10AM) will monitor the temperature before serving it to the paying customers. Palabok - too oily / no meat / all sauce and 2 tiny slices of...
