Primo Pizza — Restaurant in Daly City

I had the worst service Thursday with a young lady name ”Sarah” I ordered a Primo pizza and told her the” $21.99”one and I told her ”twice”cause she asked and she charged me $29.99 and showed me the recipient with an attitude and good thing she put it up in my face cause it was incorrect, she didn't even apologize so I wait 15 minutes and when I went to get my pizza I asked for Parmesan cheese and she said it was already in the box so I go to my car and opened up the box and there was no Parmesan cheese mind you there was no customers and it was not busy, I go home and the pizza was not even cut at all. Sarah should not work at a place to deal with customers She needs a lot of training and does not even smile and greet, she show a bad impression the the business and has bad...

I first want to give a HUGE shout out to the staff at primo specifically the young lady working last Thursday night who was awesome and kind enough to charge my dead cell phone there after being locked out of my home. I had just got off a long day at work and not having a good day I was locked out and no phone to call anyone. Then when the charger I had wasn’t properly working you plugged your charger into my phone and got it charged enough for me to call a friend to bring my me my spares. Thank you again so much you know who you are. 2 huge slices of pizza for $8 great deal great food and best staff ever In the Bay. Make this place a go to you won’t regret it. Thanks again...

This place does not make New York style pizza, but hey, they use fresh toppings and I just love the flavor of their sauce and crust. I always order extra mushrooms and ask for "thin crust" and the crust just comes out a little crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. The toppings and cheese never fall off the slice, because they slice it properly after its out of the oven.
