Pick up area for mobile order is busy and understandable that’s why I had to grab my orders on the table and put it on the cup holder (with their permission of course). I did not get any straws from the 4 drinks that I ordered and there was no straw to be found except to the cash register area where he was finishing up with his one and only customer at that time. This inconsiderate cash register insisted that I can only get straws from the pick up order area even though that area is packed with customers waiting for their orders and his teammate overwhelmed with mixing drinks. What is the point of having straws at the cash register area? Way to go Mr. Cash Register for being a great teammate and also aggravating the already irritated customers. After placing my mobile order, I asked for the restroom code, and the staff acted suspicious—like I didn’t deserve to use their restroom. They demanded proof I’d purchased something before giving it to me, as if I was some kind of security risk to their toilet.
When I pushed back, I ended up in an argument with the staff and the manager, and they told me to leave—like being a loyal customer meant nothing to them. It’s absurd that access depends on whether you’ve bought their overpriced burnt coffee.
There are plenty of other coffee shops and local businesses that will treat you like a human being without subjecting you to petty “papers please” policies. No reason to give your money to a place that polices its...

I charged as I waited for my drink and my drink took so long that I had to take penalties on my charging for waiting so long. But I didn’t give them 1 star for the long wait time. I gave one start because of the poor service. I sat back and observed as the baristas were rude and gave the other customers attitude. I saw one girl with the short black hair roll her eyes when a customer asked for extra cream. When I asked for sugar the lady didn’t help me because she said her hands were dirty.
