Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Daly City

I used to really enjoy coming to this RTP—prices were great, and the pizzas were always well made. But the last few times (at least five visits now), I’ve been really disappointed. They’ve gotten super stingy with the toppings.

I ordered an XL Double Play Pepperoni, and honestly, this is what I got. I’ll post a photo so you can see the difference between what I expected and what was actually delivered. (Excuse the two missing slices—my kids were hungry and grabbed some before I could snap a pic.) It doesn’t even look like I got a SINGLE play pepperoni.

It’s frustrating when a place you liked starts cutting corners like this. I actually go out of my way to come to this RTP instead of the one near my house because of how good it used to be — but after today, I’m not sure I’ll keep doing that.

"Exceptional customer service! During my visit in February, I ordered a King Arthur Supreme with special meat placement on half the pie due to my vegetarian brother. The wait became unusually long, and when I called, they explained that the driver had forgotten the pizza. They not only apologized but also offered free chicken wings. Although the first driver brought the pizza sans wings, we were already hungry and dug in. Surprisingly, another driver arrived later with a fresh pizza and wings at no cost! I called to express my gratitude, and they mentioned they just wanted to make things right. This level of service is rare these days. We enjoyed the delicious pizza twice and even took some back to Texas. Though I live hours away from their Texas branches, I truly appreciate the Daly City Round Table Pizza team's dedication to...

the cashier was rude. the only reason why there is a one star is because the food was made in a timely manner. but that can also be due to the fact that there was only one other customer. I got the lunch special #1 it is a personal pizza and all you can eat salad bar. I ate a plate of salad and made a second . so I wanted to box the second serving and she said well we don't give boxes for salad very dry and this is after having RBF and a condescending attitude for a half hour. then handed me a cardboard pizza box and said well since its from your plate I guess you can use this. but I didn't understand why she couldn't give me a box for salad since they have eat in or carry out. but whatever. still wasn't...
