Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Daly City

I was craving pizza all day. But by the time I got off of bart all of the pizza places were busy and had over 30 minute waits so I stopped by this around Table location as there was no wait. I was literally the only customer. I asked to use the restroom after a 40 minute bart ride. Mind you, I’m 6 months pregnant. The employee insisted I order first. I asked to use the restroom first because who can think clearly when they have to pee and have been holding it while carrying a baby. I ended up leaving altogether because after 8 hours of work, 2 hours of commuting I couldn’t even use the restroom before I sat down to order my meal. What kind of restaurant is this? I wish people would just be kind and not apply policies that were put in place to avoid homeless or non paying customers to actual hungry, paying customers. I had an extremely disappointing experience ordering a chicken pizza from this place. I specifically ordered a chicken pizza, expecting a decent amount of chicken as the main topping. What I received, however, was a pizza completely missing the chicken—literally not a single piece on the entire thing. It’s baffling how a restaurant can mess up such a basic order. Made an online order on the roundtable pizza website and it had saved this address as a default even after i had moved. I called the store to cancel the order and at first they promised me a full reimbursement for the incident but its been one month and they have taken no action to fulfill that promise. I then called the supervisor of the store who then argued with me over the phone and told me that corperate won't help me because he's the one who calls the shots.
