OK, I’m here first time in the area. I see this restaurant stand out middle the shopping center talk to try. It went through drive-through. I ordered a hamburger combo which just came with a drink and french fries however I gave it two point because burger tastes OK but the biggest problem Seemed like the meat was pre-cooked and set aside until someone ordered it. It was overcooked all around the edges and cold it almost seemed like pre-cooked it set it of aside because they were closing. I guess I pulled up about 8,45pm and I just realized they close at 9 o’clock because when I took the meal and drove off and I realize how bad the hamburger was I tried to call numerous time that did not answer so I went online to see if there’s another number available and I know this thing close at mine so most likely my meat was pre-cooked and set aside that’s why it was dry burnt all around the edges. Hamburger, taste all right, but I was very disappointed. The presentation of the burger seem like I received an old piece of meat. Buns were soggy because they had extra sauce on it. I guess to cover the dryness of the meat french fries kind of lukewarm little overcooked other than that friendly service at the window, but I don’t think I would eat that again. $15 for A crappy hamburger should’ve gone to In-N-Out however, if I’m around town again, I think I’ll walk in and complain to the manager to replace my meal but unfortunately I live 60 miles away from this area and just happened to be there tonight which is Thursday,...
Read moreNever had a problem with the food or the service at this place until this evening it is Monday June 10th 20 19. Tonight I ordered a carne asada burrito and some french fries and A&W Root Beer which was never put on the first order. It came just short of $15 14 dollars and change. I paid the bill and then I looked at the receipt to see if he had gotten my drink because he never gave it to me and he didn't charge me for the drink but he charged me for extra bacon extra guacamole couple extra cheese has which amounted to almost $5 which he returned after the argument ensued regarding what I originally ordered what you said was carne asada fries which is understandable but still they don't come with bacon on them and I didn't say extra cheese or extra guacamole. So he gave me my change back after the argument and I ordered the A&W Root Beer I told. Him I would like to have a large one. He blurted out it's $3 and I said your menu says 258 so you typed it in Cheernastics 258 and he gives me my root beer. In a small cup so I just clearly asked him is this a large he said know you ordered a medium and I said why did you charge me for the large any kind of threw his hands up in the air like I was bugging him. It's clear that it wasn't just a normal mistake based on his attitude answer when my order came I asked him for some ranch dressing for my fries and he tells me $0.81 after all that trouble. Bad experience for me and I probably will not eat there for a while and I basically live right down the street...
Read moreIt was very disappointing to see how service has changed here. What once was a favorite spot to come to has changed. The food is always great however the staff in particular was a miss. I came with family as we were in the area after some sight seeing. Mind you I have been coming here for 15 years & always recommend this place to family/ friends. There is a shorter/ fuller Hispanic women who took our family’s order and messed it up TWICE. I’m not sure if she’s new member but she must be due to how rude she was afterwards. We ordered our meal & I noticed we were over charged for an item that we didn’t ask for. When I went up to ask for a refund she tried to tell me that the order was correct and it was a combo. I told her no we ordered two burgers & a sandwich. She said okay I will fix it. I then called my partner for his card to do the exchange then she said oh no worries it will go back on your phone. I’m like okay then sat down. She then started to speak in Spanish insinuating that I was “complaining about my order being wrong” her exact words were “ quién sabe qué y quién sabe cuánto de el cheeseburger y el orden es mal “ in Spanish with her other Hispanic coworkers laughing very loudly. I myself am Hispanic & was fully able to understand.
I wasn’t aware that the owner was okay with staff bad mouthing consumers & doing orders wrong. I myself am not so confrontational with family as it was a pleasant day I didn’t want to ruin it by letting them know i understood. I hope for better...
