Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dana Point

Hello I’m a customer that visit the restaurant yesterday the manager Pedro R was very disrespectful an incident happened and he started screaming in front of everyone at me like if it was my fault that what I ordered when I was the one that didn’t make the mistake I had my son with me and he didn’t care he kept yelling being very ghetto i fault very uncomfortable when I was leaving the restaurant I had asked for his name and I walked out as I was walking out he kept telling things like what your not happy as I’m walking out. Him as a manager is not right for him to be treating customers in any way like that. Also the food was stale and old I have pictures of the old food. Ive been going here for years and had to leave bad comments in the passed bc management that didn’t care and cold food. It’s seems things have gotten better over the years. On a recent visit I talked to a manager(white guy w/ an “A” name) on a whim and he was friendly and kind. Yesterday I did the drive thru and had like 6 coupons I wanted to use “Isabel C” took my order and worked with me so I could use almost all my coupons even doing 2 transactions to get most of them to work thus saving me money and keeping me happy. Literally a $27.30 order ended up being $7.30! Thank you for caring and helping me get the best price. I’ll be back to use the rest my coupons soon👍🏻...lol! Last time was a 1 Star this...

Literally thought they were closed , I was waiting by drive through , said hello like 2 times and just drove up because once again I assumed it was closed ...to just find out there was a car waiting for food and there was indeed some one who was “suppose” to be answering me .
