Who ever posted four stars has never stayed at the resort. Just to mention the tremendous staff who works towards accommodating the guest. I mean l am walking down the hall and staff greets you by standing to the side and acknowledging you. Wow l have never experienced such welcoming . So cool! Bar has the patio attached to it with firepits & amazing views of the ocean, Catalina Island, the golf course & surrounding (multi-million dollar) homes.

Drinks aren't cheap but they're priced as expected for a bar like this; inside a Fantastic Resort, with views, firepits etc etc.

An expensive best western. Impolite and untidy staff. The wvents co-ordination lacked know how and sophistication for what we paid. We were sorry we chose this place.
