Dunkin' — Restaurant in Danbury

This is honestly the first Google review that I have ever written because the service I have received from this Duncan location has been so appallingly pour the past few days I have come here. Upon my first trip I came to pick up an iced coffee with the flavor shot in it, when I picked up the iced coffee it did not appear to have any flavor in it and I could tell this from simply visually looking at the coffee itself. I asked the individual handing me the coffee if it had my flavor shot which I asked for in it and the individual passively said yes it does and I figured it might’ve just been mixed in well enough that I couldn’t even see it. Turns out, There was no flavor added to the coffee just as it seemed from simply looking at it. I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt on a long on my way figured I’d give them another try today… And I was just as equally if not even more disappointed with the service I received today. I asked for one of the new bacon and cheese snack wraps that they have just recently come out with… When I received the snack wrap I quickly realized that both of the ones in the original order I made or ham and cheese rather than bacon and cheese. Being rather disappointed, but still giving them the benefit of the doubt I circled back through the drive-through and said hey these are ham and cheese no bacon and cheese and ask for the appropriate replacement which I originally ordered. I looked through, got my new order, and went to go park in a parking space again. As it turned out those within the Dunkin’ Donuts and yet again give me a ham and cheese set of rolls instead of the bacon and cheese like I had clearly asked for. I’m not sure how clear you expect your customers to be when they come to you saying you gave them the wrong item and then you Continue to give them the same exact item right in front of their face twice in a row. Seeing this I was beyond frustrated and decided to walk into the store other than go through a drive-through and present those behind the counter with their third screwup for two days in a row. There was no apology, simply a look of confusion on the woman’s face behind the counter as if she didn’t understand the difference between ham and bacon in the first place. Apparently the third time was the charm for these employees And upon three times through the restaurant they finally got my order right with a simple two bacon and cheese snack rolls. As I’ve said, this is the first ever Google review I have written for a restaurant or any such location because the service was simply so appalling. I will never be coming to the Dunkin again and I will strongly recommend anyone in the area does not a visit this...

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I can’t tell you how many times they have messed up a mobile order which was placed ahead of time and gives them extra time to prep it and my order has been wrong/missing items. I’ve gotten wax parchment paper in sandwiches, burnt bagels, but missing items seems to be the most common and frustrating.

We frequent this location almost every morning because it was right around the corner from our house. I had my boyfriend go in to pick up a mobile order for me while I sat in the car. he went inside and the workers said the order had been picked up. Whether they thought they thought it was picked up or not they gave him a hard time saying that person definitely already came and picked it up. I then went inside and questioned it then they started to prepare my order. I then complained to a very rude manager, mentioned we have had problems with our orders numerous times to which I showed them a picture of the parchment paper sandwich I was served and they said I had to come back the same day to report it which is inconvenient when that happens right before work. The last straw was picking up a drive through order and the girl at the window wipes her nose with her bare finger and then grabs our order and hands it to us. And THEN goes to make our coffees. No gloves wiped snot on her finger and then touched our food didn’t even complain bc it’s not worth it they don’t care don’t go here.

The lady at the drive threw was very rude sounded like she just rolled out of bed . Also kept cutting me off while I was placing my order at the drive threw she kept saying anything else anything else and laughed as I was placing my order as of saying cheese on my sandwich was a joke I then walked inside and decided to ask for a manager which the lady Lydia said wasn’t their I asked for the girls name taking the orders in the drive threw and wouldn’t get it this place is a joke no wonder they only have a overall RATING OF 3.9 I went to the other Dunkin around the corner from this one definitely more professional and the guy on the speaker definitely just didn’t finish day care !!!
