Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Danbury

One time recently, I had my pizza delivered, and they had the wrong address, so I called the restaurant, and one of the female workers started yelling over the phone, claiming it was all my fault and that I always do this. I've never had an issue like this at Papa John's ever. I contacted Papa John's customer service directly, and they never got back to me. This is unacceptable behavior and honestly sounds fake because of how crazy it was. She automatically resorted to yelling and screaming over the phone. That is not how you treat a customer, and I will never be coming back to this location, and I advise others...

Have ordered from them 4x. They will not walk up my front steps for some reason (there is no snow outside today and no reason why not). Instead they call me and have me walk out front and down my steps. They forgot Jalapenos on today's order, and on a previous order the driver looked either high or drunk, and left as soon as he handed me the receipt (without waiting for me to give him a tip). Done with PJ's here.

edit: They also said they were "out of 2 litres" on my very first order (when they showed up, not on the phone like they should have), and instead brought me 2 16oz sodas. Because that adds up...

Very dissatisfied, very disappointed with the way they handle the order on the app. Never get the order correct, when asked for square cut always get the pizza regular cut. I order papa john's yesterday 9:28pm and i cant believe you guys called me back at 11:30om to ask me if i placed an order. Are you serious, you guys are 4 minutes from my home address and you guys passed the 30min window from the orignal arrival. And usually the pizza gets here cold is rare when the pizza is fresh out the oven... Very disappointed with the service... Thats why i cancelled the order i made yesterday after waiting...
