As a regular, I have noticed a decline on this Dunkin's service recently. My boyfriend and I order and pay thru the app, and we usually get a large iced latte with almond milk. We originally had a problem in store because the manager was charging us for 2 almond milk charges (.50 cents extra for almond milk ,so a full dollar) and their arguement was because we ordered a large and it takes more almond milk to fill it. The problem is, when we order on the app, the app only charges for ONE almond milk, so we felt the manager was really jipping us on our money. So we decided to just order it via the app and pick it up in the building, and that was going fine until today we received our drink only 75% full. 1/4 of the cup was just nothing, air. We asked why our cup wasn't full, and the manager said it was because we didn't order 2 almond milk. I continued to explain that the app does not allow the option of 2 almond milk, then they tried to give more excuses as to why they didnt give us what we paid for, such as the fact we got less ice... our cup was filled more than halfway with ice, and I pointed out that this is not 'less ice' and that we've gotten way less ice before and it was still filled to the top (like I said, we come every week). They continued to argue with us and gave more excuses, so we just left. We are basically paying more for less. Very upset with the service and how they handled our situation, especially after being loyal customers for so many years. It's the only Dunkin to ever give us a problem, which is terrible because it's the closest one...
Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at Donut Donuts, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. The customer service I received was abysmal, to say the least. The lady at the counter seemed to be in a perpetual state of irritation, especially when I couldn't remember the names of the food items I ordered from the kiosk.
Instead of politely asking for my name, she demanded my number, which caught me off guard. To make matters worse, no receipt was printed for my order, leaving me without any proof of purchase. When I attempted to address this issue, she proceeded to yell at me for using the women's bathroom, assuming my gender in a manner that was both rude and unprofessional.
The overall experience was highly unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against patronizing Donut Donuts if you value good customer service and basic courtesy. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and it left a sour taste in my mouth – not the experience one expects when visiting a supposedly customer-friendly establishment

Read moreI just left this place extremely disappointed. I work next door. My son went in this AM and ordered a donut and bagel with butter. brought it back next door to eat. Both were put in the same bag. He bit into the bagel and a baby roach ran out and landed on the floor. One of my coworkers stomped it dead. I took the bag with the bagel back to this DD location. I quietly alerted the lady there, assuming cashier, of what we found. She denied it of course. I told her several people saw it. She said it must have come from our car. We didn't drive, we walked. It's literally next door. She rudely asked what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund. She refunded me for the bagel only, not the donut which was in the same bag and absolutely no apology.
